And if Tart had caught the ball, Jimmy G might have thrown a pick 6 in the subsequent possession. He did put a couple passes in Ramsey''s hands that could have resulted in points for LA but you don't talk about that. Suspicious, me thinks. Or maybe, you're one of those that is jealous of Stafford's vast superiority over Goof.

I don't know that it's as much about 'touting Stafford' as it is responding to your post that read ...
'Stafford is a pretty good QB'

That's where I think your opinion of Stafford ... apparently, lower than most ROD posters ... became clear; and some of the push-back reflects a number of us thinking he is a whole lot better than just 'pretty-good.'
I guess my adjective game just differs.

Poor - Tony Banks
Average - Garoppolo
Good - Bulger, Goff
Pretty Good - Stafford
Great - Warner
Exceptional - Mahomes

Yeah - that’s craziness!!!

This weekend should be good.Does bring me back to The Trent Green & Dick Vermil trades to KC.

The Eagles are what I thought DV was bring.Andy Reid really changed that franchise.

To think SPAGS will be in The HOF - his Love for St.Louis & Mizzu

There’s a lot there. Seeing Nick Foles- thinking the strike ?? Thinking Bradford & seeing at Candlestick for me was the ultimate. Mad Mike might’ve been on the other side.

That brings me back to the QB on the other side of the ball as well.

I’d like that QB from Ohio State. IMO him and Jimmy G might be a nice mix.

That’s basically my thinking of developing a QB & bring us back to mentoring & what SF & Sean Mcvay’s grand dad’s days ???

Just an HONEST THOUGHT!!! I’ve watched & The Stars might’ve aligned. I did do Da Bears!!

That QB number - pick isn’t all that good !! Crazy- Stafford to Pittsburgh???

Great - Warner

Cousins just showed that he's washed. Thoroughly washed.

Jimmy G might be better.
Cousins looked good to start the season. Then started to show his age. Grabmypole looked good for 1 game. He is very limited and brittle and definately not as tough as Stafford. He is a good back up. That is it.

Fair enough. I'm not sure Cousins should be a back up at this point.

Emphasis being on Cousins not being an option, not so much to talk Garoppolo up.

Rams should be careful to learn from the Saquon Barkley situation.

Don't let 5-10 mil dollars make you cripple your team and make another team a lot better.

Stafford average salary is 16th of all QB's at 40 mil.

Give him 10 more mil for next year. that would put him closer to top 10ish.

That's nothing we didn't already know... same thing they went through last year.
I wouldn't say just that. She chimed in on Kupp being traded as confusing and she doesn't get it as we were so close to advancing to the Superbowl. It would be safe to assume that Stafford most likely agrees with her. She also mentioned that her husband wants to be valued and win but not cripple a team financially. My take, this sounds like it may go shitty for us and seems to point at the Rams actually considering a total reset at the QB position.

Is it possible that the organization is growing weary of Stafford's wife and her comments?

At least that's the sense I got when McVay was addressing his rib injury.

If they are basing this in his wife running her mouth, that is pretty stupid. The only way thing we don't truly know is how Stafford truly feels about all of this because he's going to give PC answers no matter what.

Saquon Barkley wasn’t under contract for 2 more years like Stafford is. It’s not even close to the same thing
