I suspect Kupp may be playing through some injury. That Arizona game he looked distracted almost, was weird to see him dropping passes.

But I'm ready for him to do what he always does in the playoffs, which is kick a whole lot of ass. Time for the man to remind the league what he can do.

Coop the all world guy is done.

Father Time and injury has caught him.

We will find out soon what the Rams decide to do about it.

hey! Kupp is fine. we have 3 more games to win. let them sleep on an untargeted Kupp then watch as Stafford and McVay get him the rock and catch teams off guard. he's shifty that way. Go Rams!

Well yeah if you calculate for 16 games instead.

For 17 games he would be 1002 yards and 10 tds.

If you look at his career stats - realy not that much different then most of his seasons.

I do think he is declining but to the point of retirement? Not yet.

I'd like to see him and nacua actually play a full seasosn together.
67 rec on 100 targets for
710yds
avg. 10.6per catch
6 TD's

Kupp has stated he will be playing next year for sure, he just is not sure what team he will be on.

Kupp is playing as a FullBack and Blocking alot! Hes drawing Defenders off Nacua. This is why hes confused about the questions. Hes playing good football, and doing what he is asked to do!

As for next year, Kupp really doesnt have a say in it. I say its a very High chance he stays, but with a restructured contract. Hes just trying to be humble as usual. He says he wants to stay a Ram, but he only can control what he can.

I hope they keep Kupp. I think he was underutilized as a receiver. The Rams passing offense statically, was pretty good it just seemed out of sorts to me. They have other moves to make that can free up space if they need it.

That’s fine - was just watching a couple Rams games last season. My thoughts about AD99 are a little different, but still over the years is it worth it ?

As for The Rams & you maybe done with this topic ! It’s a free country as of now,and that’s another topic, because what is free ? It’s seems the opposite to me when your not held accountable. So the subject of 2 HOF Rams.I’d say AD99 is a first ballot HOF player even before a Big Whit.Seeing them win a Super Bowl in Horns was awesome. Kupp was The MVP though !!
Is Kupp as good as Tory Holt ? Both excellent Rams !! You say as you want ?

I’ll say for NOW 2024 season has not ENDED even if the calendar has changed.Let’s see what Cooper Kupp does to at least finish the season.

& for that I would have just now gone off w/ this & that. I’ll just keep it at that !! I like this Rams young Defense & the growth of the players.I saw a EJ53 Sack from last season. He was an EXCELLENT RAM !! So there is that ME or TEAM,but at what point do you play hard or they get rid of you. Is there a cover up on an injury during camp, are things said behind closed doors that maybe a player expresses but doesn’t mean ?
I don’t know, but Kupp is a special RAM & always will be.He was(is) more WE than AD99 ever was,but then again what a TEAM PLAYER & LEADER in The END !! He did give it all he had & knew when his time was up.
Puka is the better player & Kupp has seen his better days.I’ll keep beating the drum because Kupp is not done yet & his LEGACY is on the line. We’ll see - which sort of pisses me of when a TEAM is right where you want them to be,but that’s not good enough.Like a RAM FAN counting the loss already.I asked this one guy this week what he thought, before the fires. He said thumbs down & I shook my head & thought WOW !! Like I said we all have our own thoughts.
-Go Rams !!

Well now that the season is over & we can reflect back ? Knowing The Rams almost traded him, because Kupp almost said show much in his latest (last) interview. When it was going down he stayed neutral & it seemed like there were talks or in securities.

I’ll say I’ve enjoyed watched Coooer Kupp & what he has down as a RAM !!

Whatever is BEST for both Sides. He knows Sean Mcvay as good as any.
IMO he also was a little disappointed in The Play Calling ? He wanted to ball more, and he is open on playing next season Wherever???

All good things have to come to an END !! Was this it ?? We’ll see,but I’ve lived myself some Cooper Kupp for what he has meant to The Rams. He was close to Bobby Trees & understands the business of The NFL

Hope he retires as a Ram. Restructure the cap hit, reduce his role, whatever. But that dude is a fuckin pro so I want him in horns.

To me Kupp is clearly in decline.

It’s a shitty situation because based on his comments he doesn’t see it.

He is massively overpaid for the production he brings right now so the Rams will have a terrible decision to make in order to compete at the highest level.

Best thing for the Rams is to trade him and try to redeem some dead money.

I have loved Kupp as a Ram, he has been productive and is a team player, but the fact is he is on the downside of his career. I think the Rams organization has learned that there comes a time when you just have to move on from a player that has been very productive but is now on the downside of his career.

I could see him re-structuring his contract - can't imagine he will get offered a lot of money to be anywhere else at his age.

I truly hope he restructures. We have a special group of guys and I’d hate to see someone like him not be a part of it.

His comments were telling me that he is as frustrated as we were in the offense they put on film all season. McVay used him inline more as he clearly wanted to feature Puka.

The scheme seemed dull and predictable to me most of the season. Very few free runners in the passing game. Looked like Stafford had to thread needles just to pick up first downs. Very little separation. Almost like the defenses knew what was coming.

I REALLY wish they had been able to get Mike Evans. I think the Rams would be heavy favorites going into the NFCCG this week if they had. Makes me want Pickens this year....
