Interesting dilemna for Les. This year is pretty much lost. I mean - they aren’t mathematically eliminated but for all practical purposes, it’s over. But this team is still in a win now window. That window includes next year and the year after - and that’s probably about it with the current core.

So what do you do with the rest of this year? Just Play it out? Try to develop some younger guys? Is there a strategy that makes sense?

Yes- you keep developing players.That is basically all you can do,just keep competing.

I’ve always thought John Wolfred is not the best choice as a backup. The Rams signed him to a nice contract,but then what do you do with B. Perkins? I found keeping 3 QB’s unless really believe in Perkins. Wolford is not the answer & it’s time to see if Perkins is even ready to be a NFL player.

yes eventhough the defense has been more reliable than the offense - the pattern of giving up huge gains on 3rd and long has persisted.
