Snap Counts vs Det

I agree on E.Jones being the play caller of the future. He was doing it in training camp.I think Fuller is a little banged up & it will make things smoother on the backend.

I have stated about Fuller having slow foot speed. He makes & reads plays well,it just when he gets caught on a one on one matchup he better start to run.

Noteboom getting the start.Just makes sense & saw that coming. He did get 1 snap in last week.He deserves the start as well.If gives both parties a chance to see where things are at at LT.Contract year, so Joe will get Paid.

RAMSey being sick is better now than latter.Good timing.Practice Reps are good for Evero working guys in & around.

LMAO with SJD69 being out & The Rams best run defender.I really like the way A”Robinson is playing. He is a STUD. Gaines has been playing hard as well & works in the rotation well.
Hoecht only got 1 rep last week which surprised me.
Big Bobby Brown is a guy I watched at SOFI on open OTA day. He impressed me & I think he is really Revving to GO!!’ It will be interesting this week to see how things go.

I’m a HUGE Raheem Morris Fan. I like his concepts in life & coaching.I also am a Fan if 1 Game at A Time. I like to drink the KOOL-AIDE so it keeps me a ground even drinking those Red Bull’s Vidka & Cran that Mcvay likes as well.

Breaking News: J.J. Watt out for the year.......

Cardinals are third in the league in points allowed. Seems like Watt was having some significant impact until the injury.

Losing Watt may be the beginning of the end for the Cardinals. Especially if Hopkins continues to have hamstring problems. All of a sudden it's a different team.

A great EDGE player can make a world of difference. That is true.

Any Ram Fans in Raleigh, NC

it's nice to hear about other fans in the area. I am a North Carolina Native and a lifelong Ram fan (since 1975). I grew up in Brown Summit, which is north of Greensboro and I was the only Ram fan in my elementary school (1972-1978); the rest were mostly Cowboy, Redskin, or Steeler fans. I was one of only two Ram fans in my high school (1978-1984) that I knew of. I went to college at UNCC (1984-1990) and never met any real ram fans in my time there either (just a few casual fans),

I now live in Clayton NC, which is SE of Raleigh and I watch the Rams games using Sunday Ticket, which I have had at every place I've lived since 1996. For the first 15 years of my early Ram fandom I was only able to see the Rams play 4-6 times a year plus the payoffs because they were rarely on in NC at that time but that was enough to keep me hooked. In the early half of the 90's the sports bar was how I watched most of the Rams games. There was a sports bar in Chapel Hill that showed every NFL game on Sunday so that was great for me and then Sunday Ticket arrived and I have been able to watch every game at home.

Note: Anyone who might want get a group togther in the Raleigh area to talk Rams or watch a game can PM me.

State of the Seahawks

Crazy Russell Wilson trade that nearly happened in 2018, per Dan Patrick

Following their 0-17 season over the 2017 campaign, the Browns were looking for a quarterback to build their team around. Even as they were well projected to take Baker Mayfield with the No.1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, then Browns general manager John Dorsey had an eye on trading for Wilson.

In this trade that came close to being completed, Patrick noted that the Seahawks would have received the No.1 overall pick in return and would have selected former Wyoming star Josh Allen.

Patrick further added that Wilson was “open” to joining the Browns, which would have come following his standout 34 passing touchdowns campaign in 2017.

Seahawks general manager John Schneider made for one questionable move ahead of the draft when he attended Josh Allen’s Wyoming pro day. Schneider noted afterward that he simply wanted to “go check him out,” but this caused some confusion within Wilson’s camp to the point where they called the Seahawks front office to inquire on just why he went out to watch Allen’s pro day.

Overall, this what-if trade sure is an intriguing one, as the Seahawks would have jumpstarted a rebuilding process around Allen while the Browns would have had a versatile quarterback at their disposal.

While Wilson is currently in his ninth season with Seattle, it is not a guarantee he will feature with the team next season, especially as he was reportedly open to a trade in the offseason.

Thus, in the unpredictable world of the NFL, one can not count out the possibility of Wilson soon donning a Browns jersey.

Game Day Report: Took the fam to SoFi...

We were in the second section up from the field. What can I say... we got in to the stadium extra early, so we wandered down to the lower section so we could watch the players warming up. As kickoff grew closer, our section remained only half full, and our entire row was empty. So.... well... we just stayed there. Should I feel guilty about it? Maybe. But I think my conscience will somehow survive. I figured, Stan's got plenty of $, the seats were empty and unclaimed, so might as well just ride it out and enjoy. :quiet::zipper::laugh1:
OMG...heck yeah. Stay in them seats until someone comes with tickets and you have to leave. Good job!

"Find me a right tackle that's playing as good as him so far..."

I was among those favoring a Hav trade.

But I was obviously wrong. Hav is enjoying a solid season and I’m glad that the Rams are smarter on these matters than I am.

While I’m at it I think Carberry was a HR hire. This entire OL is kicking butt and without using a single draft pick this year.
Lot of us thought a Hav trade was a possibility. But to be fair the guy we saw last year was not nearly as good as the guy we are seeing this year. This guy is outplaying his contract and you don't move a guy who is outplaying his contract. You move the guy who is playing at or below his contract when you need more cap space for difference makers.

So it's not like there was some anti-Hav movement. Far from it. Just fans talking ball about what was possible.

And nobody is happier than I am to see him playing this well. Same goes for Allen btw. All these guys are playing lights out. Carberry is off to a kickass start as well when you consider the OL play as a whole, maybe tailing back all that crosstraining BS has helped these guys focus in on what matters but either way we are seeing Carberry's impact in how they're playing.

Should we make a trade?

In answering the post’s question - Should we make a trade?

The Rams front office knows the Rams are in the running for a super Bowl and are contemplating the following:

Will the current roster accomplish this?

If no (or not likely) - then they will be looking for a trade that will improve their chances.

If yes (or likely) - then they will STILL be looking for a trade that will improve their chances.

Los Angeles Rams: 5 NFL Trade Options Ahead of the Deadline

A’Shawn Robinson has actually been playing pretty well especially in run support and collapsing the pocket.

His contract is structured so as to make there zero possibility of the Rams move him. Moving him would eliminate all the cap savings and require more moves.

Short of landing someone like Fletcher Cox on the cheap, Robinson is a Ram all year.
