Which QB should the Rams draft next year and where?

I understand why people might like Klubnik, but I do not. In the games I watched, his accuracy was an absolute mess. Way too many off target throws. That's without getting into his issues with post-snap reads. Nussmeier has his warts, but when he's playing well, I can see a NFL starter.
Well most seem to agree with you. I'm just a stubborn bastid. :laugh2:

I'll add this with Klubnik... Of all the QBs I took the time to watch this year, he seemed to face a lot of pressure. And that has an additive effect on top of that other stuff. From that, there were things I liked and things I didn't like. I liked his ability to beat the first rusher. I didn't like his mechanics when that happened though, he was all over the joint.

But then again with these QB2 types we're probably splitting hairs. I put a little more emphasis on pocket feel than most when I look at QBs too, as I don't think that's something you can teach.

Binge worthy shows

Starfleet Academy has been canceled

well kinda

just two weeks after the season final of season one , it's been officially announced Starfleet Academy has been canceled

but..........

they still have one more season to go , they basically filmed season one and two at the same time

but they're not even giving season two a chance , I'm sure it will still air sometime next year , but their not even giving it a chance , by announcing already that it's been canceled says alot

I knew before season one even started . I wasn't the target audience for this show , but I tried to give it a change

and yea , lets just say I wasn't the target audience .....................lol

I made it through the first three episodes , and thats all I could handle

not sure now , what the future of Star Trek holds

Strange New Worlds comes to a end after season five , and Starfleet Academy comes to a end after season two ,

alot is going on at Paramount right now

Paramount just merged with Skydance

Paramount just bought Warner Brothers

Paramount is going through alot of changes right now , and not sure how big of a priority Star Trek is right now , but right now it's kinda in limbo

Thank god. Please just let Star Trek die with whatever dignity it has left.

UFOs

Really well put. All of it.

Like you I'm completely open to the idea of alien life. In fact, the two things I'd love to see before my time on this planet is done (other than the Rams winning enough Super Bowls to be the all-time leader in Lombardis) is proof of extraterrestrial life and a man on Mars.

I don't care if that proof is something as tiny as a molecular fossil, I just want to be alive to see it.

But you're right, there are a lot of things that would have to go right for intelligent aliens to visit us. Think even of trying to find another species in the universe. You're not talking about a needle in a haystack. You're talking about finding a specific grain of sand in a desert. Even that doesn't really do the idea of being found justice.

My brother is a physicist, he is the smartest person I have ever known in my life and will probably ever know. Listening to him describe and explain these concepts is completely mindblowing and so many people who want to believe are just incapable of understanding the magnitude of what it would actually take to make contact with intelligent alien life.

And I have to mention again how much it irks me when people say humans just aren't smart enough or too greedy or barbaric or whatever to achieve interstellar capabilities. It has nothing to do with any of that. It really is just math.

LEGEND Re: Introduce Yourself

Hello fellow Rams fans! I've been lurking on this site for many years and finally decided to register. I've been a Rams fan since the mid-70's (I thought the helmets were cool :laugh1:). I've always loved the vibe here at ROD. So much more laid back and respectful than some of the other sites. Looking forward to contributing from time to time.
Welcome aboard. Feel free to dive right into the discussions.

Cheers and GO Rams!!!

LEGEND The "Last Thing I Bought" Thread

So I have been researching amp modeling so that I don't have to lug three amps a cabinet, multi FX unit and a three way amp switcher when I go out and gig with my pals. And I have to say I am over the moon with the TONEX Pedal and PC Client and TONEX 700 watt cabinet. I can run my acoustic guitars, my clean guitars and my Lead Heavy sounds just as press of the pedal selectors. I also purchased the 78-79 brown sound pack and if you're a VH or George Lynch tone chaser this setup just absolutely does and everything else.

My new setup and getting myself familiar with it.... while the wifey is at work... lol... then I'll take it upstairs to the gig room

The three amps I will be storing away

NFL will allow players to wear Guardian Caps during games

The funny thing is that this will actually not stop the brain reverberating inside their head. Padding will only help to stop cuts to the head.

.
Nah. It absorbs some of the impact energy. Like a crumbling car chasis does. A hard helmet hitting the ground or another hard helmet, the brain absorbs the hit. The soft exterior of this cap collapses and removes some of that energy.

Watches

I got this TAG a few years ago. It's my daily wearer. Funny thing is though that unless I am wearing a pair of readers, I can't read the time in low light so I just pull out my phone. I always wore watches growing up - generally cheap Casios - but did have a nice Seiko that I left at an airport when I went through security in a hurry to catch a plane. It wasn't extravagant or anything - maybe a couple hundred bucks several years back. But it was my first nice watch. I love this TAG though. It's more jewelry than function but it just feels right to have a nice watch on my wrist.

Anybody have a Salt Water Fish Tank?

I miss mine A LOT!

Have wanted to do it again but prior to retirement, would spend 8 months in PA and 4 months in SW FLA. Now that I'm here practically year round, I may do it again. But the issue is getting someone to feed them when I take trips.

Yes, the affects of the therapy are wonderful.

Funny, I started with fresh water and had a room full of tanks. I would go in there and sit on the couch and just RELAX.

LOLOLOLOL

Both of my twins have multiple tanks. One only has 4, and they are all freshwater. Each tank holds fish from specific geographic locations. All of his tanks are planted with live plants and some of them grow out of the tank and hang down under the tank or grow up straight and tall above the tank. The other twin has 5 total tanks... one of his is saltwater and he keeps both live corals and fish together in it. All of his are in his bedroom and his lights are timed so he falls asleep before the lights turn off.

One of the very best fish stores in the country for saltwater is here in the Orlando area. People in South Florida drive up here to buy all of their live creatures... Top Shelf Aquatics. You'll want drive up and get your fish there once you have been there.

Get yourself a great tank service guy. Most of those guys will handle your feeding too.
