Okay we have one guy who was an awesome returner and decent receiver under 170 lbs (he was listed at 170 lbs but I bet he was closer to 165)WR Billy "White Shoes" Johnson was 5'7", 165lbs and played 15 years. One of the best returners EVER.
Great take there by Peter as usual. Oh and btw the chick on that episode is the one I was hoping wouldn't get the gig. She bugs the shit out of me.
I’m going to be kind and rewind. As example do u or did u you agree with Simms assessment of Goff being an average to below avg QB (#19) coming into the 2019 season? That’s the bias I am referring to. It’s only my opinion but one that had me questioning Simms takes.
As I noted,I will be interested to see how the Seahawks’ WRs fare without Wilson. I’m betting they have a significant decline. One of Seattle's WRs have to be bumped. They shouldn't have two in the top 15.
Maybe James Conner. He was doing everything for AZ last year.
Stephen A makes more good takes than some give him credit for, but you have to ignore the yelling and listen long enough to hear them.
I'm just saying that they'd still get an A grade if those players pan out that way, imo.You can’t take Tutu out of it,but Ben Sko sure was a big part of the SuperBowl win. To think The Rams didn’t need an extra WR?
Harris & Funk are add in’s,but Harris was the Golden child coming out of OTA’s. Ben Sko right into training camp was shining,a long with Blanton.
The UDRFA players need to be added. Troy Fucking Reeder beat out Johnston who was a Ram sweetheart story with Brett Favres.
She wasn't late to her own funeral, but, she was late to Carroll's funeral. Strangest time ever as Rams fans.
The ceremony got off on the wrong foot when Georgia was an hour late. Sandy Scully, CR’s former executive assistant, remembers Georgia’s grand, if tardy, entrance: “Everybody was very uncomfortable. We were all waiting there and didn’t know what was going on with her.”
When the memorial service finally did start, comedian Jonathan Winters, one of Carroll’s close friends, acted as master of ceremonies. Two vocalists sang Carroll’s favorite songs. NFL commentator Howard Cosell, star of Fantasy Island Ricardo Montalbán, and Hawaii Five-O regular Ross Martin were among those who delivered eulogies. Don Rickles performed his trademark off-color shtick. Some thought it was the perfect celebration of Carroll’s raucous spirit.
So long as yellow submarines don't come into So-Fi and ruin a game, I'm fine.
The new coaching staff in Jacksonville will do wonders for Trevor Lawrence, there is now an adult in the room.
As to Zach Wilson besides having a smoking mom, I was not impressed and somewhat concerned. In fact, the backup Mike White had the best game at QB for the New York Jets. There are hoping with an improved cast that Wilson will make the jump....We'll See.
Oh I knew exactly what you were saying. I was just putting in my two centsHaha
I should have made this clearer in my previous post. The weathermen here LITERALLY do say that there is a 50% chance of rain just about every single night. They only deviate from that when there is a hurricane about to hit... that's when they say there's a 100% chance of rain tomorrow.
You can ask for certain scheduling considerations and the Rams do every year. I've posted many of the draft reveal phone calls and the Rams talk about those requests of theirs. As for bye week there are pluses and minuses to early and late bye weeks. Nothing is ever perfect. If a team can move its bye week, why aren’t we? Or anyone else? What precedent does that set? It’s BS IMHO.
