My biggest gripe is with the loud voices complaining about the kicker turning all shy and shit.

We should have 2 separate game day threads for all the sensitive people who can't handle a little pessimism or criticism towards the team. I'm guessing these are also the same people that think participation trophies are the best thing since sliced bread.

Sometimes the acrobatics these posters do to try and sugarcoat poor play is irritating as well, but no one ever complains about that. Grow some thicker skin.
Really mind blowing that people will come into a vent thread and hate on people for venting...

I thought it was a great game. The Rams played well in all phases. It is something to build on.

Just sucks we likely won't get Detroit now if we make the playoffs we'd wipe the floor with them lol

There’s a reason Lamar is 20-1 vs NFC teams in the regular season. Defenses that have never seen him before tend to struggle. I just hate how easy so many of the completions were.

What was most frustrating was how many times our secondary held up in coverage for an extended amount of time, but Lamar was able to escape and either run for a big gainer or find an open guy. Against most other QBs we would have had several sacks today.

Not too pissed. We did go on the road against the AFC's best and we pushed them right down to wire. The frustration is knowing that just a few plays here and there could have won it for us.

The losses to the Bengals and Packers are really looming large now.

Onto next week.

Don't forget the Steelers

Very entertaining game. Toe to toe with a AFC powerhouse playoff team at their place.

Mind boggling how the clock winds down to nearly the last second on nearly every fucking offensive play season after season after season and that really bit us in the ass late in today's game.

Get some pass rushers in the draft and then some more pass rushers in free agency.

Cuz some of us have gotten singled out and name called. Yet I have been suspended for far less.

The whole ethos of this site is that we don't overly criticise the Rams. It's literally the founding principle of the site and by posting here, posters sign up to that.

Plenty other places on the Web to talk Rams ball if posters would rather be negative.

No way the NFL was going to let the Ravens lose this game. The refs refused to call anything on the ravens all day long
For fucks sake, Baltimore had more penalties called on them then the Rams. A couple of PI calls went the Rams way, the sack which was an incomplete etc... They Lost the game, period

Some really need to be honest with ourselves.

Didn't we look at the schedule these past few weeks and give this and the whiner game away?

Not only this game but this season has been one of the most fun I can remember.

We didn't win but almost. Which is much better than we all thought not long ago.

We have a really good team and didn't know it last August.

I will be surprised if we don't make the playoffs now.

GO RAMS!!!
This is a vent thread! Get out of here with that crap!
Seriously, I could not be more proud of this team and how hard they play.

Main thing I've found is criticism just has to be constructive. As long as you aren't being an arse people will let you criticize IMO.

Geez there is no shame to lose to a quality team like the Ravens. This team played well enough to win but sometimes you do and sometimes you don't.

STs lost this game because STs has been a disaster all season. Blackburn should be fired this week.

Sure McVay could have called a better game. But he called and gameplanned well enough to win. This game was a benchmark as to how good this team really is. Those that piss and moan are those that want to believe that the Rams are a shit team. Those same people call themselves fans?

I got news for them. There is no such thing as perfection.

This team has enough talent to contend. People complain about the OL but they played well enough to win and what more can you say? The Rams weren't intimidated or overwhelmed. I'm proud of the way they competed.

This team proved that it can compete with anyone. It shows IMO that sweeping the rest of the schedule is possible and so is finishing 10-7 is no pipe dream. Only a handful of us on this board really thought it was possible in September but they IMO will finish no worse than 9-8. Maybe it doesn't get them into the playoffs, but it shows that those who thought this team was in decline are fucking wrong.

This team is in the process of reloading not rebuilding. I for one am proud of the Rams who proved they aren't an afterthought this season. It also makes me even more excited about next year and this one has a ways to go yet! Maybe people should quit whining and simply enjoy the ride this year. I am that's for damn sure.

Maybe I need to stop following the GDT thread during the game. Some of you were quitting on the team in the first quarter. Negativity is such a downer.
It was really bad early on today for lord knows whatever reason.

I had to get in the game and throw a "legal" block and step away for a while.

Was happy it settled down once I got back.
