That's a good idea too. I'll include that question in the PM. It'll be a mass PM to every GM and for the sake of privacy everyone sends me a new PM with their answer. That way if someone wants to say no, they aren't blasted for it. Don't think that'd happen, but no reason not to make sure.

Sorry Dave, I have a second round grade on this kid. I contemplated sitting at my spot in the second and taking him. Instead I traded up and took Jaylon Smith. But Jones is an animal. Better then a lot of the LBers drafted so far.

That's OK! I'm sure he won't last until I pick again, at 100, and I don't have the Fire-power to trade up with-out sell off my entire draft capital!!

I don't know why this seems confusing, but shouldn't a vote be necessary ? Nobody can make those wanting to stop at 5 rounds continue, but if they do want the full 7 rounds, there could be a change in rules for the final 2 in order to speed things up a bit. Changing the rules should be part of the vote for going forward imo. Also, when a draft like this was conducted previously, when some GM's missed their time, those GM's who were monitoring the thread voted on the team's new player, and when the total reached 3 votes for one player, that became the pick. It was a quick process, and if the original GM showed up before the voting finished, the original GM choice became the pick. It worked smoothly in the past.

The Texans need a new DE on the other side of Watt with Crick being in FA limbo right now. Although he looks stiff while playing, he is actually a lot more nimble than what appears. He compiled 168 tackles, 28 sacks, 43.5 TFL, 14 passes defended and 6 FF's in his 4 year collegiate career. Could be used in rotational duties till he gets acclimated to the NFL and becomes a full time starter in a few years.
