The " Members on Line" Chart shows he was last seen on the thread 36 minutes, it shows him still on line, I don't have a clue what the F's up!!

I'm probably logged in 24 hours a day because my phone keeps me logged in. I'm not sure if my name goes offline if I'm not actually on the website though. But it shows the last time any activity was done like you mentioned. And he did view the thread. Honestly, I'm probably going to not participate next year because of crap like this. If we do a speed mock where the GMs dedicate a few hours together, fine. But probably 10% of the GMs with this mock, actually give a shit.

Can't say I blame you, this is awful frustrating! But I think it's more like 10% are taking this Draft too casually!! JMO

This draft could be fine, we just need some major rule changes.

It is frustrating to wait for long periods but it is the nature of global participation. It is inevitable that we will have lulls in the action but I agree it is direspectful to be on the clock, visit ROD and not make a pick shortly after unless you inform the thread you are working a trade or something. I know I stay logged on often when I'm not actually at the computer so there is that perception of being here when I'm not so.............

With the whatever selection in the 3rd round the Cardinals are still far off from being on deck. Chandler Jones better pay off because I wanted a 2nd round choice. Damn it!

Pretty sure the 12 hour cushion to pick is a bad idea, some guys just don't care that there are others behind them waiting waiting waiting, it is what it is,

This is the third time this guy has held up the whole process, he is within the rules so I guess technically there should be no problem

1 HR between picks would be my solution, If a GM quacks and can't make then devise a simple back up plan.

Alas, ya can't please all the people...

Sorry If I failed you Bro!:( I must have just left when @Rynie checked in!! My Bad! But at least you got your Top Choice!:D
Thanks Dave, I don't take my laptop because I don't want my employees to attempt to bring theirs to work. I was surprised I was able to get the site because of the heavy filters they use.

I have two very early fifth round picks. 142 and 145 overall. I'm looking to package them together, to jump back into the fourth round. Obviously, we have about two weeks before these picks matter, but if anyone would like to talk ahead of time about a deal, let me know.
They are pretty much equal value for #112 if you are interested.

The Jags select from Baylor CB Xavien. Howard. Perfect fit for Jags DEfense. Great press corner. Sorry for the delay, honestly thought my pick was going to be in the morning.

Overall Football Traits
Production 2
Height-Weight-Speed 2
Durability 1
Intangibles 2
1 = EXCEPTIONAL2 = ABOVE AVERAGE3 = AVERAGE4 = BELOW AVERAGE5 = MARGINAL
Cornerback Specific Traits
Instincts/Recognition 3 Good eyes and awareness in zone coverage. Reads route concepts and maintain quality correlation with targets entering in and out of territory. Also shows the ability to come off of primary assignment to make a play on the ball. Average anticipation and route recognition skills in off man coverage. Quick diagnosis against the run and recognition of the screen game.
Cover Skills 2 Above-average fluidity for a taller cornerback. Most effective in press-man where he can use his length to disrupt at the line of scrimmage and has the range to carry receivers down field. Needs some technical work in pedal in off man coverage. Also will get high in drop which can affect his balance transitioning out of breaks. Above-average top-end speed but lacks elite extra to recover down the field.

Run Support 3 Not overly physical by nature but willing to set the edge when his hand is forced. Wrap and drag down tackler that has above-average range due to length. Will lose discipline and duck inside with edge responsibility on occasion. Breaks down well in the open field to secure tackle.

Status Report
Xavien Howard (ex-AY-vee-uhn) is an underclassmen who is two year starter that is coming off of productive 2015 campaign where he recorded 10 PBUs and 5 INTs. He has an intriguing skill set due to his size, length and fluidity that fits best in a heavy press-man or press-zone scheme. There are some slight concerns about giving up late separation down the field (2015 Bowl Game vs UNC) and he can become more consistent as a tackler. Howard projects as a day two selection that should add immediate depth and has the potential to develop into quality starter. February 21, 2016

Found this pick interesting as they drafted a center in the 1st Round last year in Cameron Erving. Not saying Tuerk is a bad pick as Erving struggled last year. When the whole Browns team is swiss cheese, it's hard to say any move is good or bad, just likely at sometime it will mold in the Factory of Sadness.
Believe me I considered Erving since I was hoping we'd draft him lol! So tired of our C getting blown up every snap almost.

Anyways swing like you said he struggled a bit last year I thought it sold be a good idea to add someone in the mix that Erving could anchor next to this year hopefully seeing as Tuerk has started at 3 spots on the line and played them pretty well. I'm sure they could muster something out of this two guys considering the other great OL they have.
