That might be true on paper but there isn't a coaching staff/front office in the NFL I'd trust to keep us competitive more than the one we have right now.

If the last few years have proven anything it's that McSnead knows how to defy the odds to put together a good football team. These guys are never rebuilding only resupplying.

Oh trust me, I believe in our coaching staff, but having a lot of turnover with certain positions (not saying it will all happen) is always a concerning time. Our FA WR additions haven't been great lately so hopefully we are due for a good one. This team may look quite different WR room wise for example. We may even need a new LT. To add to all that, no idea what will happen at QB, but we shall see. Say dammit cuz I just like to know hahahaha

Yeah I was thinking about 20-22 mill/yr avg. myself tbh.

Think our FO is trying something like that which is the reason nothing has been signed just yet and it's taking a bit longer. If he's avg per year was alot more I think Jacksons camp would have agreed by now and it would already be announced.

Honestly depends on what the guaranteed money looks like. I feel like that's always the biggest hang up, for good reason, on any contract negotiations. The avg per year can always be played with...... don't get any idea now my nasty ROD posters out there lol

My question is more the total years that will dictate the guaranteed money. I'm thinking a 3 year contract?

Could be, but honestly don't know what to make of the Ajax situation since the Rams seem to be pretty silent on his situation. I'd say 3-4 years is a good guess though if we do re-sign him. Unfortunately everything is on the back burner until the Stafford situation is figured out.

dude, I'm poking fun about Noteboom being injured all the time. You know, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall story and all. Honestly wish any Ram works out and stays healthy but man does that dude have terrible luck so far

He's played 15 and 14 games over the last couple of years. He's one of only a few true options available at LT on the market.

He's gonna get paid.

There is no doubt about it... AJax would be a risky signing. Compare him to Jones for example, who is old and gnarly and misses time too, but very effective when he is healthy. Also I think Stanley is worrisome.

It's a tough call navigating this position in FA this year. I don't think Moore deserves to be where PFF has him on their list (LT types cut and pasted below). But looking at this year's FA class it's a definite dice throw and the Rams have missed of late on FAs so they need to get it right this offseason.

Hahaha, I love it. I don't think Cam is gonna be a franchise QB, he will definitely have to go to the right situation. This would most likely doom him. (Though I love Aaron Glenn, maybe he gets it right there).

Robinson doesn't move the gauge for me. I mean he's okay but a JAG none the less imo. The rams need a real burner at WR. Again, imo.
