We did beat them badly in 2013 too. One of those Jeff Fisher "this is what the Rams could be" games before getting stomped by a mediocre team shortly thereafter.

The 2013 game was the crazy force a fumble and return it for a TD off a kick return.

Being a Fresno alum I always pull for the Bulldogs. I don't even know what kind of coach Matt Entz is. But his coaching on the final drive was a head scratcher.

First and ten near the Oregon State 30 yard line. They have a good kicker. 38 seconds left. OSU has two timeouts. 3 straight short sideline passes completed. Stopped the clock being forced out of bounds each time. Coulda ran straight up the middle and force Oregon to use their timeouts. Then coulda ran the clock down a couple seconds before kicking the game winner.

Kicked a 43 yard field goal with 28 seconds left. Fortunately they a got pick six to seal it. But that was some poor coaching throwing sideline passes when you want to use clock. Oregon State had a lot of wide open receivers the previous two drives resulting in touchdowns.

I thought he got the most out of a team that was not always the best in every position on paper, and showed great affinity for developing young talent and leading teams through real adversity. Easily the 2nd best coach in the NFL IMO and I am so glad we have him. It is hard to argue anyone is better than Andy Reid, in my view. All he does is make Super Bowls. Sure, Mahomes is amazing, but I don't think he is that much better than Stafford or several other elite QBs, and many years recently the AFC has had all the heavy weight contenders. So I don't think you can explain it away due to the QB. And even before that in Philly, he was routinely making the conference final with lesser QBs.

14) LA Rams (via Atlanta Falcons): Ryan Baer/T/Pittsburgh​

This pick is going to raise a lot of eyebrows, yet Baer is already highly rated in the scouting community, and the Rams will be in the market for a right tackle after the season.

23) LA Rams: Drew Allar/QB/Penn State​

Allar grades high in areas of physical ability but needs a lot of work on his game. If anyone can coach the best out of him, it would be Sean McVay.
