But that's where you're wrong. You shouldn't be wrong but it's the media and it's Brady and it's Patriots week for the Bucs....I think he realized the media wouldn’t be licking his nutsack for an entire week.
Where's yur boy, #12?It's kind of cool to be the hot team right now. Way better than what we've endured in the past lol. But tbh I'm not too concerned with what the media thinks.
Some things I do really like though...
9th in scoring defense. 9th isn't what is impressive so much as the fact they've played shitty and are still in that top ten. There are three teams giving up 20.X points too so we're in a good spot with hopefully our best ball ahead for that unit. Last season we finished at 19.3 points which was just behind Baltimore. Tampa who won it all gave up 21.6 on the year but were hot come the playoffs.
54% on third down conversions. Last season we were at 41% and mediocreland. This year we're 3rd.
31 points per game by the offense and sitting at 3rd in the league in scoring. Last season we were 22nd with 23 ppg.
Average passer rating of 129.8 which is second only to Wilson. Last season we were 89.1 and ranked 22nd. Also and for the record Detroit is sitting at 93.5 which is good for 22nd ranking. Obviously this is going to change a lot as we go forward but I suspect Stafford will remain way up there.
This is about as good a start as we could have hoped for.![]()
You would think in this pass happy era the record would be broken, but do to TV commercials making the average game last 4 hrs and CBS complaining about games intruding on their biggest ratings show at the time, 60 minutes, the league changed a bunch rules to shorten the game. They used to stop the clock after a play went out of bounds and on all incomplete passes. Now that only happens the last 2 minutes of the half and the last 5 minutes of the game. That resulted in lowering the amount of plays per game by 35 to 40%. So the likelihood of this record being broken is slim and none.Who knows! It might stand for quite some time. Now, other records that are season based are going to fall quickly because of the 17 game season. ED's record in particular. I'd be surprised if that record stands for more than the next 5 years.
Social media sites claiming that they are content-neutral.
LOl. SHut your dirty, whore mouth!!Cowboy Fans: "We're so good right now. We're definitely gonna being losing a playoff game this season!"
Also, Tampa didn’t have success running the ball early and went to throwing a lot more. Some interesting stuff here..
On offense... DJax and Mundt getting a nice boost in snaps.
Skowronek showed up on STs.
Rochelle didn't get any snaps, according to this.... What's the story with that??
A'Shawn was effective, but Gaines got more snaps than him and had a solid game. I don't see any negatives there, I see Gaines stepping up and deserving the PT.
how many holding penalties AD doesn't get
Thank you for posting this. A good watch/listen to all of them. Much appreciated.
8. Kenny Young, regarded as a bit of a throw-in when we traded Marcus Peters away, has become a very good player, and was the defensive MVP today (10 tackles, 1 sack, 3 tackles for loss).
11. Once again, the late running game was important. Last two drives, which produced an important FG and milked the clock: Sony Michel had 8 carries for 40 yards.
10. Numbers can lie. The Rams gave up 446 yards today, but most of them were pretty insignificant.
There you go. I still spit when forced to mention
Bill Bellicheat
Tom does goats to keep it in the family Brady
The Cheetriots entire franchise
i haven’t dispelled my rage about getting ripped off cuz it was 9/11 and they were the GD Patriots.
just like how Tommy takes it in the rump had to win in his first year in Tampa to be first home SB
but I’m not bitter…..
Bailed out by the refs. They may, but we still beat them. Lol.
