he kicked at Penn State...used to the cold I hopePressure first game...no pressure yesterday...will be huge pressure on Saturday....and cold as hell, well, mid 50's
Ya, I did....(I actually picked 34-13 on another board, LOL)....oh, so I won.![]()
Did you see how much pressure Mannion was under?Man.... @I like Rams .....totally agree bro....what the hell was that? Check down Sally? Not even trying to win....yeah there were some drops...bunch of them...Everett...geez...Tavon...expected...Pharoh dropped one too, huh? And Reynolds... I saw a bunch of that Beaver in him....the one without Cook. To ME...it looked like he didn't even practice this week....nor has a clue of how to play in the NFL. Seriously....
If there isn't someone better our there...that's a shame....I'd take about 5 QB's I've seen play in college this last week....and not the big names either...
Man, the line played well...better than expected...wouldn't you agree, Boni????
5th year....how'd he acquit himself?? Look around the backup QB landscape? I will say....the drops didn't help him....but he was terribly inaccurate....almost comical the way he was throwing 3 yard passes when we needed 8.
Yep and he gets that expression every time the offense doesn't score a TD lol. Dude is competitive as F. I've seen him with that look when they have to settle for 3.
Rams/9ers has been one of the league's best rivalries for a long time. It's just back on now. Gonna be a fun bunch of years ahead between these two guys, as both are brilliant offensive minds.
And yes, I do think the Rams will stomp the whiners hard in the next game for some payback. No love lost there.
He's been improving week to week as the season went forward, and while he didn't get any sacks in that game vs Tennessee, I noted some serious "Gumby" goin on and the dude continued to look good. So I have to hope that we're gonna get a special serving of pressures from him come Saturday night.
I'll take 2 sacks and a couple pressures on key downs with my case of Bud Light. That is all.
Vengeance, schmengeance...just win the darn game on Saturday!!
Sando and "HIS" Team of Coaches and evaluators can ...Mike Sando, a senior writer for ESPN, spoke to a panel of four NFL coaches and evaluators and asked them to rank the 12 playoff teams — and the NFC West champion Rams came in at No. 7 on the list, just below their wild card weekend opponents.
1. New England Patriots (13-3)
2. Pittsburgh Steelers (13-3)
3. New Orleans Saints (11-5)
4. Minnesota Vikings (13-3)
5. Carolina Panthers (11-5)
T-5. Atlanta Falcons (10-6)
7. Los Angeles Rams (11-5)
8. Kansas City Chiefs (10-6)
9. Philadelphia Eagles (13-3)
10. Jacksonville Jaguars (10-6)
11. Tennessee Titans (9-7)
12. Buffalo Bills (9-7)
While they are seventh out of 12, this list technically ranks them fifth among the six NFC teams, above only the Carson Wentz-less Eagles. Even for a team that has no playoff experience, that seems a little bit harsh.

Wow. Lol. I guess the Rams don’t have much of a chance according to this panel of knuckleheads.
I had Jones on my FF team this year... with the exception of one game, he was very pedestrian. Will that continue? Who knows... and he can explode at any time (I think that one game where he showed up, he got me like 45 points)..Julio is still one of the top 10 players in the game....he can take over a game.
The drop off in Jones' production has made Sanu more dangerous... I agree.Sanu is dangerous
I absolutely agree with this... if ATL can't run, and with the injuries on their Oline, Ryan will have a very though day and the Rams should dominate. It's Coleman and Freeman for me....stop their running game
Haha, are you for real? Eased into the playoffs with the saints? They're twice the team the falcons are. I haven't left watching a falcons game impressed with pretty much anything they did in there. They're no world beaters. In fact they look very beatable every time I've watched them.

mine is working great
watched every game this season
movies movies movies
the one thing I have leaned is you have to update it often or you get a lot of failure notices
In hindsight, definitely but they were trying to win a "must win" game not pad stats. McCoy gives them the best chance to win.
There hasn’t been a better QB then Goff the last half of the season. 19 TD 3 int in 8 games. No other QB is even close. He’s on a Hall of Fame Trajectory even if this is his ceiling. If he can keep this pace.
But is Goff’s Pace sustainable?
His numbers will rise and fall over the years but will be most affected by supporting cast in my opinion.
Mark my words, Goff will excel in this system as long as Snead and Mcvay get their Oline replenished and are able to build the depth.
We we’re beyond lucky this year to have all starting 5 lineman healthy all year, we need to plan to not expect that every year. We have one NFL caliber interior backup in Blythe and no NFL caliber backup tackles.
Goff has been excellent sensing pressure and flushing when needed but like Keenum and Wentz, Goff had an excellent Oline in front of him.
Does Goff need to develop his ability to throw on the run?
It would be nice but QB’s like Brady, Manning, Brees, Ryan, Marino etc show throwing on the run is not necessary.
How important are all pro WR’s?
Brady averaged 26 TD’s a year for 6 years until Randy Moss showed up, Suddendly Brady had 50 TD’s.
In an article written in 2016 Brady’s stats with and without Gronk were compiled and here is what it revealed:
http://ftw.usatoday.com/2016/12/pat...ski-not-good-ryan-fitzpatrick-went-to-harvard
Tom Brady stats without Gronk:
Comp%: 57.3
Yards/attempts: 6.5
Rating: 82.4
Compare those numbers to Ryan Fitzpatrick’s over the last five seasons:
Comp%: 60.5
Yards/attempts: 7.0
Rating: 84.4
Tom Brady’s stats when Gronk plays:
Comp%: 65.3
Yards/attempts: 7.9
Rating: 103.5
Basically Tom Brady without Gronk is Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Supporting cast can dramatically affect a QB.
Yeah that gif is a classic. Notice she's wearing blue while her opponents are in red.![]()
