Uh.... what the fuck am I watching? Has a timestamp that immediately starts showing some random asian guy showing pictures of coloring books or something lol. I see right before that timestamp there's some NFL coverage... just very weird. View attachment 69219
I can’t figure those out. I get them in my sports feed regularly. There’s a YouTube trophy, so whatever they’re doing must be working. Maybe they need enough content (in this case useless coloring) to fool the copyright strike algorithm?
I think there's enough talent in the draft, at the positions we need, that we could just see who falls to us out of the WR-CB-TE group.
Pretty sure Warren won't but I think there's at least one other TE who may even be rated higher than him? the michigan TE?
Interesting that, even with Limmer held out, J. Jackson is still not playing C. Played RG in fact. Neither Avila nor J. Jax played C.
We're like 4-deep at OG.
btw, anyone remember that Boom is a leftie? is why he should NEVER play RT.
My opinion won't be popular but I think Campbell gives them their toughness. He drives an environment where intensity and toughness are required, and he gets the most from that roster.
He is a bonehead on gameday quite often. But that team would not be as consistent as they are without him.
I would love to see them bounced in their first game though. I think that intensity they field, as always, can be muted with a steady mashing of run game. And I think our starting OL, if healthy, is capable of leaning on them.
Campbell got the Lions out of their SOSAL mentality. But he’s an easy guy to hate when you lose to him. Same as Siriani. The key is to beat these meatheads.
To be honest with you the game was closer than I thought it would be after the way it started out. I thought the backups on offense played better than I expected. Garoppolo had a nice game other than the interception and the poor pass at the end of the game. The backups on the OL held their own which surprised me. I hated to see Corum go down with the injury because I was looking forward to seeing him in this game, but Rivers had a nice game. Finally, Karthy came up big and gained some confidence moving forward.
"Yup I was hoping we would completely annihilate them and send them to the playoffs with a nice solid L but we probably just gave them enough confidence to win the superbowl."
The Rams are planning to rest some key starters this weekend. They may have up to 7 inactive, so who would you sit?
THE KNOWN KNOWNS (announced)
1. Matthew Stafford
2. Rob Havenstein
THE UNKNOWN KNOWNS (unannounced, but obvious)
3. Cooper Kupp
4. Kyren Williams
I’m very positive these 4 players above will sit. The ones below may be put on rest. Though some others might have limited snaps like Puka, Fiske, and V8.
THE KNOWN UNKNOWNS (keep that pressure fresh, not rookies)
5. The Conductor
6. Agent 0
THE UNKNOWN UNKNOWN (contract year and may be a Rams offer he can’t refuse)
7. Alaric Jackson
I was fairly close, but neither the conductor or agent 0 will be “fully resting”. It appears Nacua and Dotson will deservedly get a week off to heal up for the playoffs!
To me the jury is still out on this 2024 team, they have grown and developed since the start of the season especially on defense. I look for the backups on offense today to showcase their abilities. This is their opportunity to shine, I expect they will take that to heart. Lastly the Rams are playing the hated Seahawks in L.A. what a better way to end the season then to send those bitches home crying.
I don't know what other DT have done. But Fiske and Turner didn't even make alternate? And Kyren is 3rd in yards and touchdowns. Not even an alternate? I gotta think its because they know the Rams are going to the Superbowl and they wouldn't be there anyway.
I'm glad it's not the Rams, but either the Lions or Vikings will be a 14 win team as a wild card and will only have road games in the playoffs unless another wild card team reaches the NFCCG and meets the loser of tomorrow's Lions Vikings game.
Brennan Jackson there's a name I haven't heard of since training camp. I was thinking he'd be in the rush LB rotation at some point. But they like Hoecht there, who does very good rushing but sucks in coverage. Looking forward to see what Jackson can bring there because Hoecht definitely needs to be taken off coverage responsibilities. The Rams have been gambling there hoping the QB gets hurried before they can expose him, with some undesired results.
I have to say, it would be pretty selfish of Barkley if he made his oline play and put them in harms way just to break an individual record. Unless he wants to try it with the backup oline.
Yeah… The key factor may be how many starters would have to play against a highly stacked box to make it happen. I still have to wonder how the rest of the team feels about it.
It’s interesting to think about it in context of McVay. Sean elected to let Puca get his record and then immediately pulled him. You know the whole team wanted him to get those records.
I will add, he plays, he doesn't get the record, he then plays poorly in the playoff game and they lose, and then the fans say he sucks and want him traded.
