Yes, but will a 4th round guard be better than an NFL starter right away? His peak could be better but how long will it take to get there?Hopefully we grabbed Bruss due to our inability to grind out a few run yards when needed in the SB. That put a lot of pressure on Staff.
Ramsey was responding to that ESPN blurb where unnamed execs said he was overrated and starting to decline.
I don’t know, maybe he wasn’t planning on it but Brady talked him into it. Why does he even need to go through all that misdirection though, have the trainer come up with plausible injury and take camp off. He’s done this before, and it’s actually pretty clever.
1) retire, missing training camp and pre-season.
2) when/if the team is ready to make a run, THEN come back.
Should he stay retired, the bucs might miss his blocking more than anything. As a receiver, his decline has been quite obvious to me. He’s battered and slow.
Great career, though. Knew it when he came out of college. Wanted the Rams to grab him. Obviously pissed when the cheatriots did instead.
HEY!Those aren’t @Loyal ‘s colors, do you have one in miner red and gold?
NICE! Thanks for pics… good air there! Love it.Mostly just methods. I landed a few back rolls, but did more damage on failed ones than I care to remember. Water hurts when you come down from 6' at 40mph....oof.View attachment 55022

Mine too. It was the indicator that something had fundamentally changed in the Rams offense, that the deep ball that had all but disappeared for the last two years, was back in a big way. Essential for a team that considered itself a SB contender. Ramsey and Donald loved it too.

den all I can do from down here afar from the Rams location...is ascertain from what I can read & obtain in roster information and make-up.Wow as usual @BonifayRam you should change your name to Grace because your analyses is simply amazing.
Great info on Thad Bogardus as Bogardus seems like he never played even in college he went to Elon University where he was a video coordinator moved on to become a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University and left Ball State in 2014 accepting a job with the Buffalo Bills as a Defensive Quality Control Coach.
From there Bogardus went to the Broncos as an intern and then came with Wade Phillips as part of Sean McVay's initial staff in 2017. McVay has mentioned him several times, I thought he would continue as just a defensive assistant, much like Zak Kromer, who has been an offensive Assistant since 2017, however, Bogardus finally got a bump in 2020 being Assistant DL Coach, last year Assistant Linebacker Coach and this year, he's overseeing a unit the OLB's.
I'm assuming he's worked with he's worked with Chris Beake in his stops at Denver so that relationship should be solid, but Bogardus seems to be very bright, however, I wonder about his ability because of never playing the game even at the collegiate level, but there has been some success and IMO, Beake although having the title of Inside Linebacker Coach, would seem to be more involved with that unit overall IMO.
You can thank the 9ers for that. The Rams have still lost to them 5 times in a row.I'm down with that, and as much as I disliked Goff towards the end here I am rooting like hell for him to
dethrone the Packers and take Lambeau out of the postseason mix. Not afraid of going into Detroit or Minnesota in January, or Tampa for that matter, didn't want to risk Lambeau this past Playoffs OR in the future.

They DID use the trade and draft to help the team in other areas. That should help them, and no doubt they see the move as an upgrade as you’ve said.Having a WR paid like Tyreek along with the best QB in the league may lead to diminishing returns. I have felt that way with the Chiefs offense the past few years. They had (IMO) the best TE ever, the best QB in the league and the fastest player in the league who happens to be a top WR.
It'll hurt them in certain situations, but I would be willing to bet the Chiefs end up better overall this year. They were able to really upgrade their defense in part because of that trade.
wow only one i have three. one keeps my heart and lungs going. one turns food to shit and last but not least one for sex.
