Bill Belichick and North Carolina

Keep your head on a swivel

nothing imminent

but ,

sounds like , maybe ,

a 'Exit Strategy' Reportedly Discussed by UNC

also , a documentary featuring Bill Belichick first year at North Carolina with HULU , has been scraped

North Carolina has a bye week this week I believe , but hearing Bill Belichick might not be coaching at North Carolina when the Cal game comes up in two weeks

again , nothing imminent , but keep your head on a swivel

UFL

or whatever they are calling themselves this week

the yearly cleansing

out with the old , in with the new

the UFL is dropping three cities , and replacing them with three new cities , and two being renamed

The UFL is adding new teams in Columbus, Ohio; Louisville, Kentucky; and Orlando, Florida, while relocating the Memphis, Michigan, and San Antonio teams for the 2026 season. These moves are part of a strategy to play in smaller soccer-specific stadiums and enhance the fan experience. In addition, the Arlington Renegades will be renamed the Dallas Renegades and the Houston Roughnecks will become the Houston Gamblers, with both playing in MLS stadiums.

The Cardinals' Comedy of Errors

I have to admit that I was very mad after our SF loss. But the Cardinals definitely one-upped us this week in terms of finding a way to lose a game they should have easily won. The two funniest plays:

Trade Deadline

After what looked like a stronger start than usual the Rams have slid to the slow start lookin sumbishes they usually are, with shitty ass OL play and a general inability to find their ass with either hand in coverage. Additionally they are sitting on two first round picks, and this roster overall is definitely of high quality outside of a couple spots.

So. I think a Trade Deadline move is in order this year. And I think it's going to be an increasing item of discussion as we move forward.

My suggestion at this moment is to call the Browns and get Newsome. He's not an elite corner. But he's young and talented and would help us immensely. Maybe they'd send us their CB coach too, since ours seems to be busy doing everything other than coaching the actual CBs. :laugh2:

So many choices. So little time.

How do we fix these killer mistakes?

The kicking game has lost us 2 games... McVay said this pretty much in his presser.

What is the answer to this... I know we are not special teams experts, but how do we stop this from happening?

Short yardage - we don't see dynamic enough on short yardage.

Kyren's fumbling - What is the answer to this recurring nightmare?

Weakness at cornerback - This group is susceptible.
