he had a stretch where he struggled a couple years ago - but overall has been great. How quickly this guy went from a whipping boy on here to a hero.
Anyway, good resigning....Id consider using that 1 on a CB.
With Forbes in the fold and another first round talent to mix with the vets....could be a good room.

Not a "team-friendly" contract?
Thanks - that’s my type.Wink wink.How unlucky for him.
Hey don't knock the insensitive based contracts. How unlucky for him.
add Nick Scott to the list for making Dweeblo cryHey don't knock the insensitive based contracts.
Every time he makes an opposing WR cry he gets a $1 million bonus.
The Insensitive based contract worked out well for Jared Verse![]()
I believe if they draft a CB in the 1st Williams will be released.Good news.
We still need to draft some young talent at the position, though: Witherspoon turns 30 this Friday, and Williams has just turned 32.
Even given the cap implications for 2025?I believe if they draft a CB in the 1st Williams will be released.
They seem to do this every year under Mcsnead.I think we could go to battle with the current roster, which is a great position to be in going into the draft.
Could we improve at a number of places? We could. But we don't need to reach for anyone in the draft, which is better than it seemed just a few weeks ago.
The first round pick could be a tight end, a wide receiver, a tackle, a middle linebacker or a cornerback. Hell, they could even go for a special running back or edge if they fell into their laps. I hope not, but even a QB if they felt strongly enough about the player. That's a great position to be in.
I didn't look at that, but if it's not prudent then maybe not.Even given the cap implications for 2025?
I’d say bye bye Kendrick but probably keep DWill for another year. Need depth at CB:I didn't look at that, but if it's not prudent then maybe not.
The cap sites are way-off at the moment. Especially Spotrac (totally useless).I didn't look at that, but if it's not prudent then maybe not.
Not a fan of Kendrick either, but apparently the Rams like him. Not sure if it's because of the doughnuts or the Sushi he picks up, but for some reason they like him.I’d say bye bye Kendrick but probably keep DWill for another year. Need depth at CB:
-Spoon
-DWill
-Durant
-Forbes
-R3 (or better) draft pick
Looks good to me.
It could happen, but right after the draft is a risky proposition. They won’t know how a newly drafted Corner will handle the defensive system.I believe if they draft a CB in the 1st Williams will be released.
That is still, IMHO, one of the greatest single "game changing moments" in football history in terms of who's the boss! The Rams were the more physical team. The score was 7-7 at the time, but you could tell, the Rams were going to be the bully. 7-17, no problem! You could just feel it. Thanks for this trip down memory lane!add Nick Scott to the list for making Dweeblo cry
The fickleness makes me laugh....but, so it goes. That's what happens when you start making plays and helping the team win.
.
Hopefully not together. Not a fan of Kendrick either, but apparently the Rams like him. Not sure if it's because of the doughnuts or the Sushi he picks up, but for some reason they like him.
Maybe you go into this with the attitude that we like a couple guys who we think have a chance to be good, especially after being exposed to and mentored by Stafford/McVay.This is what I keep coming back to. Are they setting themselves up to take a QB early? We could use upgrades at several positions but all of the acute 2025 needs are pretty much addressed. If there was ever a time to draft a future QB it's now. Just wish that this QB class was stronger.
