Can the Defense consistently tackle in space. Going to be key. Line has to get their hands up because fins get the ball out quick.

Glad to see Evans will be back. Was not impressed with the UDFA we had in last game.

Just hit Ramsey with the pump and go, and we’ll be fine
Right? Lol
Or get him matched on our fastest player and watch Ramsey lose his balance when he flails at the ball two steps behind the receiver.

Dude is a baller with toughness and range and a great tackler but he’s got balance issues at full speed.

This would be a classic trap game after the last two games we've had. Coming off emotionally charged wins to then play a struggling team that has game changing talent in a couple of positions. I am optimistic with this team but we have to kill teams like the Dolphins to make the bigger push. With the NFC west left to play again along with games against Eagles and Bills we can't afford to lose games we should win. We used up all of those chips before the bye. The last two wins have been momentum building successes. Now we need a statement game.

Dolphins offensive season numbers not looking too good. But half the games were without Tua. Our defense has 21 sacks to their 10 through 8 games. I'm pretty sure more of those have come the last few games as they improve. Verse and Fiske are not only looking like top rookies, they're looking like upper tier players period. Tua's more mobile than Geno Smith. They'll have to account for that.

Statistically the Miami defense is pretty good. 4th in passing yards. 7th in overall yards. They give up 4.4 yards per rush. Same as ours. But I do know our defense has gotten better so the numbers the past few games are much better than the overall numbers. The eye test tells me the run defense has improved quite a bit over the first few games.

Should be a good matchup. I'd give our offense the overall edge if recent trends are are any indication. I'd also give our defense a slight edge. Both sides of the ball were not good the first few games. But much better lately.

I am worried with this one. The combo of Miami being better than their record indicates, as well as us being due for a down game, it's got me feeling a bit negative. Just a bad feeling.

But that is probably just my paranoia.

Miami has an advantage with their pass game vs our secondary, but that is countered to some extent by our pass rush. Miami doesn't have great pass pro, they're mid to low range in that respect. So if our secondary can give our rush a chance they could have a big night.

Either way our offense needs to show up though. We're probably not gonna keep Miami's score in the teens.

We should be worried. The last two times the Rams met them they played like absolute trash.

The Jeff Fisher game was abominable. I don't remember a single thing about it except I was so underwhelmed with the Rams I felt zero positivity about them that season.

Then who can forget the Mcvay game. A shit show from beginning to end.

Funnily enough they both did the same thing against the Jets as well.

If the offense and Stafford have the same 1st half, they did last week we could be going uphill the rest of the game. we have to run or screen plays need to develop and it would be nice to see our tight ends be a factor. Tua is slippery as f *#ck and can really sling the rock. we need a full game from everyone. Go Rams.

Not looking for any serious injury but Verse and Young need to put Tua on his ass when they get a hand on him.

On the flip side, I think we're due for a win against these guys and we need another great MNF victory!

Miami will no doubt be getting the ball out very quickly.
With the host of explosive players the Dolphins have, tackling by the D will be a major factor.
This, and Hill being there and threat on every play, makes me nervous.
How do the Rams defense Hill?
I listened to Nate Tice. He said that’s exactly what they did last week. They got the ball out quickly and relied on the playmakers speed to get yards.

I’m sure this is in part to protect Tua. Sure individual tackling be important against Miami. That and clog up the middle of the field to take away crossers.
