SECONDARY HAS TO PLAY WELL!!!

Tua is back in at QB...he went 25 of 28 for 231 against the Bills. Even at 2-6 the Dophins are dangerous in the pass game and gave the Bills all they wanted.

The Rams offense has to control this game. IMHO, McVay has to call a balanced attack with Willams get plenty of touches. Against Seattle he finally called plays running Williams wide and Stafford rolled out more than he has in all games before that. He needs that Monday night!!!
Miami and Seattle are two different teams. Miami has struggled to get any pressure on QBs. The roll outs and wide runs shouldn’t be a necessity.

Dedich is likely replaced by Avila or Jonah Jackson. Plus Miami won’t have a guy like Leonard Williams lined up over a UDFA. Stafford should have time to throw.

Miami is all about speed. Their Oline isn’t very good. Clean up the encroachment and guessing the snap count and the Rams should be able to stop the run and get to Tua.

This game will come down to how well the DBs play against Wadfle and Hill. With pressure in Tua’s face, match zone coverage should get it done.

flores killed the rams.

because goff didn't do his homework. so many unblocked rushers in that game that he didn't take account of and he paid the price.

mcvay turned in that game. that was the end for goff because he wasn't taking it seriously enough for mcvay.

.
I still blame McVay 50% for that game since a wide receiver screen would have kill that Cover 0 defense.

And it finally did in the 4th quarter when they did two wide receiver screens when Miami went into that Cover 0 formation and Kupp got more than 10 yards both times.

But it was too little too late.

Keep complaining about Shula & the defense.

2 -10 yard gains only gets you 20 plus yards.Look at how well Raheem is doing in Atlanta.

The problem isn’t getting to the Red Zone,it’s about putting up 7.

If the our Offense is humming then that will force Miami out of running too many screens. Tight game favors the fins. It's time for our Offense to be dominant.

Indeed they're two different teams, but games always take on their own personality. I want McVay to give them all kinds of looks offensively?defensively, to keep Miami off balance...and you never know what they scheme to do. Be ready for anything.

Dedich is an up and down guy but I tend to say always give players opportunities to play and learn...give him snaps.

I'm not concerned about sacks as much as I am about the Rams being able to win. We've seen McVay be stubborn about changing his game plan, though I will admit that he's not as stubborn as he was.

Suffice it to say I just ain't comfortable with this game...in fact, I'm kind of queasy going into it. I hope I'm wrong!

Just can't let Tyreek have a Marvin Harrison Jr or a Smith-Njigba game vs us on Monday. Though at least TDwhite is gone.
This is the challenge because they have a few nice WRs and the Ram safeties are young. Somtimes they don't know "who does what". We saw it with Seattle too many times.

The Ram offense has to control this game with time consuming drives that keeps the defense on the field with Williams and Corum and the WR corps.

The Dolphins have a good secondary...so Stafford has to on his "A" game passing.

Miami will no doubt be getting the ball out very quickly.
With the host of explosive players the Dolphins have, tackling by the D will be a major factor.
This, and Hill being there and threat on every play, makes me nervous.
How do the Rams defense Hill?

Score points on offense. Miami will score too but while they do our rush gets to work on Tua.

Rush lane discipline is key. Gotta limit him escaping forward.

Exactly right, sound tackling will be key for our D. I’m worried about the quick outs and bubble screens with all that speed on the Miami offense.

Miami also throws a lot to their top RB which can become the LBs' responsibility. I think I know how we feel in that area. Yeah I would go with quicker passes if I were them.

MNF at Sofi though I'd much rather have them playing there then at Miami. I am nervous about this game though. Which Rams team will turn out.... hopefully the one on the win streak.

Miami coach came from the 49er system. I imagine their bread and butter is running the ball and quick outs to the RB's and WR's.

After the winning streak it is hard for me not to be optimistic. I’m confident McVay will have a good game plan and that the new defensive front will have a big game. If they beat down Tua this could be the easiest game they’ve had. On the other hand they can’t let him pick them apart, he can tun their offense if we don’t get in his face.

I think we win it in the trenches. We have a superior offensive line and defensive line. I think our DL will dominate their pretty poor OL and that will be the difference.
