So 69ers last Super Bowl win was 1995? If that’s right it’s been 28 years. That means they haven’t won one in a full generation. So any glory for the 69ers was a generation and counting ago. Every subsequent year is another nail to the heart. Getting so close recently just adds salt to that wound. Couldn’t happen to sorrier sacks of s#%!
And the best part is they pine away for losing to the Rams in 2021, being sure that they would have beaten the Bengals in #56....:laugh4::laugh4::laugh4:

Here is the delicious breakdown of how long it's been since the Whiners won anything relevant.

I attended a game at Levi's stadium in 2018 when the Rams were supposed to play SNF. But the Rams were 7-0 and the whiners were 0-7.

They had this elaborate "faithful then, faithful now" campaign with stickers, flags and banners. They brought out Montana and Rice to the stadium to show this promotion.

Then the Rams won 39-10 and I went home happy.

.

Unless there are no tells and they just wanted the whiners to change things unnecessarily to waste their time.

Unless injury once again derails them, they have no weaknesses. Top RB, receivers are really good, too tight end, and a very good O line with a QB who can read defenses and is accurate. (How did the Rams not take a chance on Purdy?)

Defensively they have a great D line and linebackers. Awful hard to beat that team.

CMC is the difference maker on O. If he stays healthy they will be a tough out. Without him Purdy's job gets a lot tougher

Yeah well I can remember plenty of other times this has happened week 1... and I'm pretty sure its never meant anything other than team A was ready to play and team B was not.

Sometimes it feels like the offseason is so long that a lot of Rams fans have forgotten how NFL seasons actually play out...
