You think Dweebo's numbers may have declined because of McCaffrey's arrival? Aiyuk's emergence?

I read an article that claimed that Deebo was dealing with several minor injuries last year and he’s supposedly looking better in camp.

The thing is, with his style of play injuries will always be a problem. Ike and Holt played smart and got out of bounds instead of taking big hits all game.

This surprised me.

He was all, “I’m the greatest player of all time” screaming at the cameras. So what was his motivation to be helping other players improve? Maybe he just liked the extra time showing off his skills after practice. Maybe it was a sneaky way to intimidate the young players while making it look like he was being a nice guy.

From over 1700 total yards, 14 total TD's, 18 ypc to over 800 total yards, 5 total TD's, 11 ypc? They used him as a running back. He takes short catches and runs like a running back. He's approaching the age where running backs typically start to decline. I'd say its more him declining that the other guys being there. The yards per catch is an indicator of that.

On another note, McCaffrey's also approaching that age. They still have questions at the most important position. If they don't win it all real soon, the window's gonna shut down hard pretty soon and they will have no championships to show for it. By then the Rams will have rebounded and be going for another championship.
