400 yards in year 2 would not be a good year for him IMO. He needs to take a considerable step this year and start pushing Van for WR3 duties in certain games. He needs to catch multiple long 50+ TDs and show his playmaking ability, all while staying healthy. I think around 600 all purpose yards would be a reasonable expectation given his draft status and the fact that he should take end-arounds for us as well. He should be able to break out with some big plays. It will be interesting to hear McVay this off-season talk about him because last year his comments regarding Tutu were not very positive.
I'm not going to put a numerical value on it.

If he only gets 400 yards but it's on limited opportunities and he's making a big impact down the field, I'd be happy.

I hope his reading and understanding of the playbook is better than his writing skills.
Was thinking the same thing.

He is a confident skilled young man,who comes from a tough up bringing.I doubted him last season, but had a change of heart.

The best thing for him & The Rams last season though was when he went on the IR.

Personally did not like the pick & was SHOCKED when Creed was not the pick. There is no way Austin Corbett was going to be The Rams starting center.
Shelton was a surprise & the fact The Rams we’re messing with there O’Line up was very scary with Brian Allen as a backup guard.

I honestly think that Jacob Harris will have a better career as a Ram than Chatarius Atwell. Atwell does have good qualities. Speed, route running ability, stop-and-go acceleration, he has those things. But he’s just too damn small, and we’re deep at least four above him, even if we don’t sign OBJ (which I think we will). Harris, at least, plays special teams.

I question that ? The knee & size of Harris is scary. I watched him run routes & wasn’t even impressed.

He did better in OTA’s than in training camp.He also got hurt basically day 1.
I like his size & hands. He goes up for the ball a little timed. Blanton has worked his way into The Rams lineup. He is fearless over the middle.

Just seeing Harris blow out his knee in punt coverage is concerning.

Atwell has that speed & The NFL is changing. PERFECT example is the 2022 draft.

I want the best for all players.I think Jake Funk though is a twinner who works hard, but will get cut in September.

OBj to Green Bay has always been my call. Going to stick with it.

Nah, Harris got hurt midseason, not day one. And it could've happened to anyone. Chatarius Atwell cannot play special teams. He's too small to be a gunner, not good enough as punt/kick returner.

I may be an optimist but I still can see tutu being similar to Tyreek Hill. He knows how to avoid contact but we will see. One for sure though can't have cake and eat it too.

Seems most want Obj back van becomes 4 tutu and Harris 5 and 6 so Rams may really be discussing this.

I want Obj back more than any but Rams are all business does that hinder the progress of Van tutu and Harris? Or maybe they lost faith in tutu already?

Tutu year 1 sucked bad.....year 2 still TBD but based on year 1, not very encouraging. I'm part of the Creed crowd but nothing is going to change the pick made so doesn't matter. However I truly believe this was a wasted pick as I don't think Tutu will hold up based on what I saw. Players sneezed on dude and he looked like he was shot out of a cannon! This forum really hates horses cuz this shit is getting dug up and beat back to life to be beaten back to death again lol

I say give Tutu another year before passing judgement. McSnead saw something in him and so trust it wasn’t as just a gadget player.

.

I'm pulling for the guy to make it on the field as a wr. The Rams didn't draft him to be a freaking punt returner. Not sure how he even won the job, he looked terrible on every punt return.

Well in training Harris tore some core muscle.Tutu was on Covid protocol.I just tested positive about an hour ago.(sucks)
Year 2 is year 2. Easy to judge the book by the cover.I try to dig a little deeper into it.I know what I’ve seen in my own eyes.Harris to me does not look fluid in pads.He has not played much career football from an early age.
Tutu is a pure baller.I agree I don’t like those small guys.Never a fan of Jamarcus Joyner & Tavon Austin in the fact of where they were drafted.Trading up for both plays were silly imo.Passing up on Creed didn’t think was the best move.
Allen,Noteboom, & Shelton all resigning makes in ok in my eyes.If not that would have stunk, plus the added risk of them not being good players?
Austin Corbett going into 2021 & Bobby Evans at RG says enough of what us Ram Fans were seeing. That all said I would not give up on Tutu Atwell.I see him as a poor teams . Tyreke Hill.
He runs better routes than DJ1 (Jackson) & gets above the LBers well. His deep slants are special because of his speed, which creates more space underneath as well. Can he take a hit ?
There will always be that risk.
I would not give up on him being a PRat some point in his career.Still to early to call imo. I doubted him early, now I have some Faith.
—Totally understand where you are coming from.I will also say watch out for B. Hopkins.Last season The Rams held him to a roster spot.He had to fight through some adversity.IMO there was something that happened internally. That TE group is only going to be better in 2022.

Tutu gets cut before the season starts, that is my guess.

When you take off the scarf open your eyes you’ll see how close you are to the bullseye. Your totally off the board on that one.
That’s why he tweets like he did.He knows better than anyone. Now The IR would be more realistic.
Not to Tutu your Horn.

Oh... I'll take that bet.

I'll put up a Rams jersey. How about my custom #83 throwback jersey with "Flipper" on the back.

What will you put up?

Probably that #15 Tutu Atwell jersey, since it will be open for the taking once he gets cut :)

Tutu starts in the slot with Kupp and Robinson on the outside with Van eating up some snaps to keep everyone fresh. Instead of resigning OBJ the Rams restructure either Kupp or AD or both and sign Clowney for 3 years.

Rumors are floating of a Tutu trade with the Pop Warner Eastlake Wolves of Sammamish, Washington. Tutu's recent weight gain has delayed the transaction. The Wolves think he may be to frail at 165lbs, and might pass on the deal.

Sucks for him Snead should have never drafted him imo not because of Creed bc we are too stacked at wr.
