What’s good people!

My names T I'm 24 years of age, I have been a Rams fan since I was a little kid. my Father is a huge rams fan and used to take me to the games when i was a little guy and they were still in LA. I became a fan for life.

I came across this site and it looked legit, I like chopping it up with other Fans and hearing their thoughts on situations that are taking place with our team. It's also pretty cool to be a part of this community. I know there are Rams fans probably on here that have been around longer than myself and I like when they drop knowledge on the youngins, so yea :sly:

that’s pretty much it, take it easy every one and GO RAMS!!!! :peace:

Welcome.

We have a lot of long time fans here.

You will feel right at home.

Hi guys, my name's Jamie, sending greetings from across the pond :cheese:
I am 20 years old and so have only been a Rams fan for 2/3 years(Not great coverage across here), but have been a football fan for much longer.
I'm sure your probably thinking, "why is this guy coming on a board if he hasn't been a fan for a long time". Well i'm glad you asked, i do like to think of myself as knowledgeable enough to engage in the discussions on the site and to be honest it will be nice to actually have somewhere to talk about football as there are not that many fans over here (amazingly in my opinion).
I'd like to apologize in advance for any possible mistakes i might make with regards to knowing the game but i feel like i have reached the point where any such mistakes will be few and far between.
So anyway that's about it, i look forward to talking football with you guys, and Go Rams :bg:

Welcome, where are you based? We already have a Scot, a Northern Irishman and a Welsman so you're completing the set!

North east England, Middlesbrough more specifically. Good to know the Brit's are going strong over here on the boards :bg:
Yeah, our overseas members have a special place here. The dedication to root from abroad is amazing!

*fist bump*

Haha thanks man good to see we're being repped.

Oh and *return fist bump* :cheese:

Hey - name's Doug, and been a Ram fan almost 50 years now. Remember seeing Arnett and Wade in the Coliseum against Unitas.
Grew up in Pasadena, and have been here in 'Vegas for 25 years. I'm an architect (one man office), on my 5th Harley (2005 Road Glide), and love my wife, (a South African I met in Germany in the 80's), my dog (a black lab), darts, reading and movies. No kids. Try to get in 50-75 miles a week on my bicycle, but still could lose 25 lbs. Not a huge sports guy, but love the Rams, (do NOT love Georgia or her henchmen), and can tell y'all, Kroenke, Snead and Fisher, (not necessarily in that order), are arguably the best thing to ever happen to the Rams.

Looking forward to chattin' with y'all.

I don't know if this board is big enough for two Blutarsky's.
How do you run your pool anyway? Is it similar to our pick'em contest?

Had my Blutarsky's for a while.

My Pool is simple, everybody has to pick a single winner each week and the same team can't be picked twice. If your team wins you go onto the next week, if it loses you are out. Been running it for about 6 years on another site and some here will recognized it. No money just the pride of winning it. I do a cheesy sig as a prize but they are alot better Sig makers than me.

I don't run it till the season begins, I just have members PM me their picks. I have the program all set up. I post the picks after I receive them for each week. I'll get back with ya towards the start of the season.

Been posting on here for about a month or a little bit more, never introduced myself. My name is John and I love this site/forum. I had nearly given up on finding a place to get Rams info and talk Rams that wasnt populated by either trolls from other teams or people just looking to name call and be stupid. So, well done on the site!!

I grew up a Rams fan in central California. My father and I went to several Rams games when I was growing up and I was hooked. A friend of mine had a grandmother who worked for the Rams front office. Several highlights from those days included playing a pickup basketball game with Buford Mcgee and Robert Delpino (I always really like Delpinos' game) and getting a Christmas card from Georgia (haha....still kind of cool if you ask me). When I moved to San Diego after high school the first thing I did when I saved up money from a couple of paychecks was buy some season tickets. The team was terrible (last two years in So Cal) and the seats werent great but man I loved it. Driving a couple of hours each way with my very patient girlfriend (now my wife) who didnt like football (now is dyed in the wool blue-n-gold) to watch the inevitable butt kicking the Rams received....still good memories. I just KNEW T J Rubley was the answer!! Anyway, when the team moved to St. Louis it just killed me. I swore I was done with them. By the 3rd preseason game of the first year in St. Louis I broke down and watched and that was it....the junkie back to the crack pipe, so to speak.
Anyway, thanks again for the site and forum....nice to find other real Ram fans.

Keep the faith.

Glad to have you here fearsomefour! Cool story - thanks for sharing.

Birds of a feather flock together! Or maybe in our case; Rams of a herd graze together? Oh well, you get the point.

Hey folks,

Got an invite from CGI Ram over at realramsfans to join up here, thought I could use another internet forum in my life!

My name's Scott and I'm from Edinburgh, Scotland. I've been a Rams fan since 1999 and since then football has basically been a huge part of my life; I played on an amateur team here in Edinburgh for a few years before moving into coaching (currently coaching WRs at a local University team).

Looking forward to discussing Rams football with all of you.

Hi fearsomefour.

Great story. I grew up a Rams fan in Northern California.
Like you said, lots of good memories. Some painful ones too.

Welcome!
