According to HoldenCantor's source on X. Wasn't on the list, but he's likely signing with Seattle's practice squad.

I though claimed guys had to hit the 53…or is he expecting not to be claimed and deciding to go there?

He wasn't claimed, but players can choose to sign with opposing practice squads.
 
Paul not getting claimed on waivers and ending up on a practice squad reinforces the Rams decision there. Signing with another team after that shows the kid either will have a chip on his shoulder and get better.. or he had a chip on his shoulder here, which prevented him from getting better.

And our special teams have kinda sucked on punt returns. Not as bad as two years ago but Evans knows not to outkick his coverage anymore. This preseason he outkicked the coverage and it got returned for a TD.

But still Reeder leading on special teams is not a high praise imho plus he was injured the rest of the year after the 5th game last year.

I'm not going to use the s word on Reeder cuz one of my comments was already modified (which I understand) but yeah Reeder is in no way a reason why our special teams would be a good special lol

I am not sure where the regression narrative is coming from. He is still the back up C and probably the next in line to take over the position.
One guy reads into the fact that he is playing Guard and they have someone else at C and instead of assuming they are cross training and evaluating others, they jump to he is regressing. There is nothing that points to regression other than people on this board stating it as fact.

I can't find anything about Paul being claimed by the Shithags, only Derion Kendrick.

EDIT: Never mind, I found something where he's signing with the Hags. Hope this doesn't come back to bite us in the ass.

I believe he wasn't claimed, he signed to their practice squad after passing through waivers.
