I wonder if it's an overreaction to them being gashed by Barkley and their focus on run D? Problem is Reeder's lack of speed/quickness is still a run D liability. Where as Paul has good quickness, but lacks size.
Speights, Landman, Reeder, and Dolac? The first three didn't play in the preseason and we know what that means.

I don't think he gets off blocks well. Needs a lot more work. He will end up on the practice squad. He is safe. Plenty of LBs just like him.

They must be hanging onto those plays he made in early 2021. But since then I have been mostly unimpressed. I'd rather have any young headhunter who isn't familiar with the system than him.

He didn't play because they know exactly what they have in him. Was he running with 1s in practice. Hell, did he even run with the 2s, I dunno, wasn't there.

No room for him on the 53 and it shows that he would not have made it through to the practice squad. Glad they recouped their draft expenditure, albeit not until 2028.
