Unfortunately Corum had not developed into a replacement for Kyren partially because he still isn’t adept in pass protection which is essential when you have an immobile QB or as a pass receiver. Corum came from a run heavy college scheme that doesn’t always translate into the NFL. Last night’s fumble was a forced error because the defender used a peanut punch to jar the ball loose. Williams issue was he was running in traffic without having both hands on the ball. That’s a mental error that should be corrected by coaching.
