Sooo, how about that Jared Goff? You think his team will better? A lot of Lions fans also became Rams fans because of Stafford. I think I will root for the Lions and Goff as my second team unless it conflicts with the Rams.
Easy team to root for that's for sure along with Brad Holmes now being their GM too. I expect the Lions to be trending upwards, that offensive line has the makings as being premier.

And Goff with the Rams was deadly with an above average line.

I expect good things with the Lions offense this year.

I don't think you'll find a bigger Jared Goff fan than me, I still think if he'd had a healthy Gurely and Kupp we could have won Superbowl 53, but what if's ultimatley become meaningless. As much as the trade hurt and upset me with some time and obvious results I had to swallow my pride and admit that McVay knew what he was doing the trade for Matt was absolutely the right call. I'd love nothing more to see Goff succeed with the Lions but we'll see. I hope they can give him some good weapons and he can get his confidence back, don't ever see him winning a Superbowl with the Lions but stranger things have happened

Not winning that SB probably accelerated McSnead realizing you have to continually retool (Before, during and after the season). Weed and seed to build the best roster possible.

I think he has a chance to win the Super Bowl with the Lions. He was in his 3rd year when he was in the big game. That throw to Cooks is most likely complete with a bigger receiver. I think Goff is going to have a monster year.

Call me crazy, but I honestly think there's a scenario in which we Win Super Bowl 53, and still trade Goff for Stafford 2 Seasons later...

The peak of Jared Goff's career was 54-51. "Oddly" enough it coincides with the exact timing of the fall of Todd Gurley's career.

With a heathy All Pro center and Swift back healthy… maybe he has what he needs again… and even McVay acknowledged that he likely shot Goff’s confidence by coaching him as hard as he did… now with Brunell as his QB coach, he’s in a better place and seems ready to get back to better ball. We’ll see

Oh I agree - McVay had shot Goff's confidence and they needed to part ways.

Pivot's a good watch. Enjoyed the one with Raheem too, and a few others. Can't remember if they did any with McVay but that would be a good show too. Or any other Ram. (biased!!)

blaming his center? yikes. goff gets hall passes left and right by some.

i'd make a friendly wager to donate to a charity about him having a great season. we select parameters and winner picks charity.

y'all don't even take into account that goff's florist isn't very good. once that gets solved, you'll see that he will be a top 10 qb.

At least Kupp should have another good day! Should get a lot of passes thrown his way since it looks like the Rams will be playing catch-up again!!
