That’s what she said.
Kupp is gone. They have said they are moving on.Rams just saved 51 million cap space by trading Jackson to the Bears. Use that to keep Kupp.

The Bears took his contract. I think this is what they are saying here. sorry 14.6 million my mistake. How do you figure that?

He was last with the Jets, Raiders took their lumps when they traded him.Isn't his salary being paid out by the Raiders? So he would have no leverage, correct?
Thank you for saying this.Exactly.
Higgins being franchised is probably the best thing for the Rams. He’s terribly over rated and will get massively over paid. Glad it won’t be the Rams who will be doing it.
If Tutu is so great then why was he only the fourth receiver last year? Why was he behind two players (Kupp, Robinson) that they aren’t resigning? And why was he only signed to a one year deal?Thank you for saying this.
My thoughts exactly.
It's not that Higgins isn't a good player. It's just that he's not special , and not really a difference maker or a player who defences fear. He benefits from playing with Chase, much more than the reverse.
Conversely, the Rams avoided making a massive mistake in letting Tutu leave - as he is a hugely underrated player with elite separation ability, and homerun skills.
Tutu has been severely underutilized in LA, and has even been unfairly labelled by many fans and commentators to be a draft bust. I suspect that many of them don't watch the game that closely.
Some posters won't let go of the Creed Humphrey draft nonsense.
Whereas, Higgins - a player who by himself doesn't move the needle - will now cost the Bengals big bucks.
Maybe McSnead have realised that they under-utilised Tutu? That, plus salary implications, has led them to where we are.If Tutu is so great then why was he only the fourth receiver last year? Why was he behind two players (Kupp, Robinson) that they aren’t resigning? And why was he only signed to a one year deal?
