What pisses me off about not even making a trade, is it pretty much tells us fans that they threw in the towel for this season. And what we have watched, is what we get the rest of the season. And I'm glad I haven't had to watch most of this shit show.

We go from a Super Bowl win to unbearable to watch. That's a special kind of horseshit. At least TB was competitive the year after.

Dude

we offered plenty for CMC. got outbid by the 9ers
we offered 2 1sts plus for Brian Burns… they turned us down
we may have wanted Hunt, but we didn’t have a 4th and I guess they think he’s worth a 4th so they turned down any other offers
we seem to have offered a 2nd for Cooks, but the Texans FO wasn’t willing to make the alterations to make thar happen

we didn’t have a 1st for Chubb this year and they got that from Miami

it’s not like we didn’t try, but we blazed a trail and just didn’t have the ammo that we’ve had in the past as others have seen the light with respect to McSnead’s team building methods

And just think...

By not trading our 2024 and 2025 first round picks, just think of the deal we can make next year for some stud on the market in late-October!

We are a good team, just not deep. Coach is a good coach but can't keep sending coaches to other teams. They need some continuity and mccvay was worried last year a lot after 4 losses in November and had to be brought back to reality by his DC.
Then talked about retiring after the superbowl, let's hope this year without winning he will stay and keep getting better. And of his best players will be leaving. Can he do a rebuild?

With the Rams stellar record for 2nd round picks, they should trade down.

Round 2: Ricky Stromberg, C, Arkansas
Round 3: Sean Tucker, RB, Syracuse
Oh man I sort of missed the days of talking draft in early November. Its been a while and its back baby!!!

I'm honestly glad we didn't make a trade in desperation. Wouldn't have been happy with a McCaffrey move given our OL and his injury history. Pass rusher or Hunt I would've been fine with assuming we negotiated an extension preemptively. But a Cooks trade would've sent me off the deep end for sure.

Im excited to have some picks next year and hopefully we make them count. And with the expectation of an increased cap we can sign some big names in FA too.

We have to play better no doubt....

If we continue to do soft defenses 95% of the time, I will throw a brick at one of my old TVs

I just got a brand new 85 inch TV - I am not going to throw a brick at that

Not sure if you are being serious or joking but this is just the reality we are in right now. We spent a lot of capital to get the Super Bowl last year. It was worth it. But it's going to take a year to get back to where we have the ammo again to pull stuff like this off. With the weird NFL season where almost everyone is still eyeing playoffs and the Rams kind of breaking the NFL with their success last year the costs were just too much for our limited means. Is what it is unfortunately. I still expect us to make some noise this season if we can stay healthy rest of way. But might be a retool year while we get some youth experience for next season.

Typical FSU type player. The exact opposite is a guy like Anchrum (Man I wish he didnt get hurt)....screw the Noles.....
