Just putting what's reported out there. I still believe he wants to play for a contender. Regardless of what happens, he'll get the bag.
I remember the old El Chapo that lived life by how his testicles tingled.

What happened to you man?

Did you go and get all-mature on me?

I wouldn't trade 2 firsts and doubt it takes that. I'd trade a first and Young though or a combination of other picks but thats just me. He's just that fucking good. I understand if others have reservations.
If you look at his contract Cleveland will have to eat about $35m in pro-rated bonus money which makes him very inexpensive.

That might make him worth two 1st round picks despite his age.

Any thoughts on ILB Kenneth Murray? OTC lists him as a cut candidate. He is only 26 yrs old and played through a hamstring injury last year, before missing the last 3 games with a dislocated wrist. Still seemed to put up solid stats last year in Tenn.

Haven't watched him much, but he was highly thought of coming out. Might be a nice addition if released.

Other than having a worse PFF grade for the last 4 years than Reeder and Rozeboom, I know nothing about him.

Well - I’ll agree in some ways ?

Then again I was an Austin Blythe Fan. It just shows how over time Sean Mcvay does the same thing almost every season.

Back then it was going into 2018 with Austin Blythe as The Rams starting RG,only to go to The Superbowl. So most Ram Fans I’d say ??? Then again it’s just how much disrespect Austin Blythe got as a Player.
-Just look at how he helped mentor say Allen & Shelton.Watch Sunday’s game (sb) think Creed Humphrey actually was part of his beginnings as a NFL Center.
Then to think Austin Blythe just like Shelton were starting Centers(Hags-Bears) .
Blyth was ok.
He was, on his best days, a C + player.
He is the kind of guy that, while you respect his effort, you are looking to upgrade his spot.

We need a Vet Center for next 2 years.!Limmer did well as he could, but not 100% ready for it.

Most definitely!!! Didn’t like the Brian Allen draft pick & or the John Sullivan being cut.
Austin Blythe should have been a swing guy.Playing him at RG was INSANE!

Verse & Garrett would cause opposing QBs to shit their pants on every pass down. Our rush would be legendary.

But he would need to cost just the one first round pick, plus maybe Young, for it to be doable. Cleveland would never do that.

Excuse me for saying this, but if that's what it took to get Garrett and we pulled that off (yes I know its probably not likely), I'd bust a nut the second I found out that kinda news.

Not to mention pay him and looking at his contract it's a mess of void years option bonuses. Looks like in 2027 there's a $38 million cap hit rolled up for the void years. Like you say the guys a beast but IMO pass on him.
looks like the team trading for him gets him for 2 years at only about 8 mill in cap space per season, then a whopper of a dead cap hit of 24 mill when the void years kick in.
He can say it’s not about the contract all he wants but ultimately that’s exactly what it’s about

I gave Blythe a C- grade because if it was 3rd and long, he would get blown up by Big nose tackles.

He and Evans were the primary reasons our offense couldn't keep up with the Packers in the playoff game.

I still remember the dropped pass by Reynolds on first down and then both Blythe and Evans blew their blocks on back to back plays and got Goff sacked on 2nd and 10 and 3rd and 15 plus. Kinda like how Stafford got sacked on 3rd and 2 and hurried on 4th and 10 against the Eagles when Limmer and Dotson blew their assignments on back to back plays.

On that note - Goff trusted Reynolds way too much on key plays in playoff games.

Dropped that pass in the GB game and then dropped two 4th down passes against the 49ers either one of which would have led to a Lions victory.

Well, by definition, Limmer is now a veteran.
I suspect the Rams will re visit the Avila or Jackson at C option with the other taking the LG spot and Limmer providing depth.

Maybe start camp with Jackson at center instead of waiting till the week before game 1?
