NFL Arrests and lawsuits - 2017

Putting this hear even though he's not with a team anymore. So many people were pissed off we didn't give this guy a chance. Some are still going to say we should bring him in.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Local football standout Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested at 2:59 a.m. Saturday morning in Greene County for DWI, failure to display plates and window tint violation.

Green-Beckham, who set the national receiving yards record while at Hillcrest High School from 2009-2012, was most recently cut by the Philadelphia Eagles prior to this season. He spent 2016 with the Eagles after being traded from the Tennessee Titans, who drafted him in the 2nd round in 2015. He had 32 receptions for 549 yards and four touchdowns in his rookie season.

DGB was arrested twice for marijuana offenses during his two years at Mizzou from 2012-2013. He was also arrested for an incident involving alleged violence against a woman. Those charges were later dropped, but Green-Beckham was dismissed from the Mizzou football program shortly after.

What McVay really wants: #4 seed or to rest players?

Morons. That bulletin board BS is only good until you get hit in the MFing mouth. From there it's football.

If the Rams go into Philadelphia, they'll beat the Eagles down in their house. Can't wait.

I sure hope they do beat the Eagles. The Eagle fans are trying to hang in there with Nick Foles. Some are staying positive but, a think more are very concerned. The Raiders game was a big wake up call. I thought they could give it a good shot to get to the Super Bowl with Foles. It probably doesn't matter but, I get the bulletin board material. They need something to focus on and not worry about Foles. The Eagles at home in the cold are not going down easy. They will be rested and have lots of time to prepare. The layoff could help the Rams if they play them and get off to a good start.

The Senior Bowl and our late round 1 pick

I wasn't under the impression that this is a deep corner draft.
7 on 7 passing camps since the age of 9 out here....lots of flag...but the guys are working DB drills longer than some dudes in the pros....really good footwork....tackling skills...not so much...but a bunch of guys know stuff now at 10 that I learned at 18.

Nick Wright: LA Rams are the "scariest and the best team" in the NFC

Ok so how did we go from, "scariest team in NFC" to "we could lose in the first round...."

This isn't you talking, its the old, or more recent, rams defeatist mentality rearing its ugly head. Its understandable but the next time it happens, go into the bathroom, even if youre at dinner, at the movies, or in bed pleasing your partner, you go straight to the bathroom, look yourself deeply in the mirror, and say, OUT LOUD, that was the old way. You no longer control my emotions, jeff fisher. And you repeat this until the wave passes. It may take a while and you may get some funny looks in the the public restrooms but damn it man its for your own good!

I CAN'T GET FISHER OUT OF MY HEAD!!

2018 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Week 8 1st-Round Predictions for All Prospects

Looks like this article has those Left Tackles going fast & hard in the first round projections.

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...eek-8-1st-round-predictions-for-all-prospects

Yeah it's a universal draft truth that the LTs who have the feet to start relatively quickly, particularly the ones who have tape of their hands bein on the ground too with good results, will end up being taken high. Supply and demand no way around it.

Nothing would make me happier than to see LT slide to us, but I suspect whoever is there when we pick late round 1 will be graded far lower than the other needs at CB, OLB, and maybe even NT.

Been drivin the wife nuts watchin college ball though lol, and can't wait for that Georgia game on the 1st in particular. Man I love this time of year and it's even better with the Rams going into the playoffs. :)

Anybody wanna kick around some thoughts for next offseason moves?

I disagree I think adding a nt or developing smart takes care of that issue , I love the speed tree and barron bring and they are both signed for a few years...no way tree can play olb in this 3-4

It would appear that Barron is not holding up physically at LB.. has hardley been able to practice much. I would let him go or trade him and take his $7M in cap savings and distribute elsewhere, including adding a solid ILB.

Cooper Kupp vs Josh Reynolds

I say forget about Reynolds. Teams never get solid starting WRs in the same draft. Kupp so Jordy Nelson 2.0! He has a bright future and will only add strength, speed and quickness in the next few yrs. He will get better and from the looks of it, be a consistent 1000 yd WR for us. What a great pick and from the looks of it, he should've been a first rd pick.

Jordy Nelson 2.0? Nah. Nelson, a former track star (high school), can line up outside and run by people. That's not Kupps game. BTW, I'd be curious to how how often teams select more than one WR in a draft class.

Sean Mannion

Given Havenstein’s knee sprain a couple weeks ago I bet Lucas will get some reps.

So the O-line might be Williams-Neary-Blythe-Brown-Lucas.

And no Gurley, no Kupp.

Yet Mannion’s gonna “tear it up?” Really? The point of this game is to emerge injury-free and not give anything away regarding game planning, and that’s about it.
