I lived in Kentucky for a few years and went through one storm where tornadoes touched down (fortunately, not too close to where I was) ... and I can safely say, there is no natural disaster that puts the fear of God in my more than a tornado. There was one a bit north of where I live now, in Jarrell, Texas, not long after I move here that was an F5 and wiped out a good part of that town as well. Man those things are fucking scary and vicious. Mother Nature can be a real, mercurial bitch sometimes.

I don't like the 'Manning cast' at all. I'm not one to be in awe enough of someone's greatness to want to listen to them shooting the shit while watching a game. It was a pretentious concept to begin with imo. It would be better to have them actually doing a real broadcast on the game. There is a dearth of good broadcasters in the NFL right now. We need some knowledgeable commentators that are more about the game than their voice inflection during an exciting play.

I love the Rams and I bleed blue and white but I fear we are toast if we don't win this game. I know wild cards rarely run the table and the Rams personnel can be dominant but I'm not convinced that our D can be like the dominant Bucs or Giants D that won their super bowls. I haven't given up hope but I'm not feeling arrogantly confident like I did in super bowl 34. I kind of felt that was our year.

It sounds like Bigsby is transferring. College football sure has changed.

One wonders if they consider trading Mack to help the rebuild. That OLine needs serious help as does the defense as you mention and the offensive skill positions. Yes trading Mack runs counter to rebuilding the unit he leads but those picks could be helpful.

You have to hit Murray and hit him a lot if you want to beat the Cards. Period.

And they *don't* get the ball out quickly, so that adjustment against the Rams is going to be unlikely.

I am old enough to remember the show in its first run. (sadly) I truly enjoyed their music. Yeah I know they were in the beginning a fake group. So what. I have always considered Mickey the most under rated singer of his time. I would put songs like Pleasant Valley Sunday up against anything the Beatles or the Beach Boys had on the charts at the time. Now do the Monkees fall into the same category with the Beatles or even the Beach Boys? Probably not but they were pretty good for what they were.

What got me about Jason Smith was he seemed so small for a LT,especially for the 2nd overall pick in the NFL.He was out of Baylor which just didn’t seem right.

Now Belichek is genius again, all I hear is how bill dominated the game. As bad as they played the bills had a chance to win the game, despite running up and down the field the pats only managed 14 pts and held on down to the last play. Unless they can play every game in a monsoon I don’t see them as some lock to get to the SB.

I've seen another slap fest video with the same guy with the beard going against a a fairly skinny guy with fake bicep muscles. Meaning, they were injected with fat or something to make him look jacked. The lil dude got knocked the F. out and back then they just fell to the floor with no one ready to catch them....

I figure if the Rams win 2 out of the last 5, they’re in the playoffs.

It would be awesome if they somehow won out & AZ dropped 3, but it doesn’t seem likely.

I’m more concerned with how they play and what they’re doing with their schemes, rolling into playoffs.

Really enjoyed this so wanted to share. The music in it alone makes it worth a watch, but it is a rich documentary on some of the great black music (and some white artists too btw) that was created all in one little backwater. Remarkable watch if you haven't seen it enjoy.
