Well if you move the goal posts, its apples and oranges. But as far as the chance of either getting traded after next season they are entirely 1 in the same.

Unless the Falcons stink it up, moving up for a QB will still be very costly and there will be competition to do it. Even a team with a veteran starter will consider drafting a top QB prospect. They could land a cheap (5 year deal) QB who may develop into a better player than what they have. So it goes beyond the Giants, Saints, and Steelers.
That's the deal for next year, hope Atlanta stinks up the place. Even if not for a QB a top 10 draft pick would be great to have.
What I hope is, Texas wins the championship so he has done it and moves on. If for no other reason, he will add to the pool and push good QBs further down the draft.
To be honest, I'll take that way above the members (mostly in the past) that would post a bunch of threads (many of them useless or designated troll threads) and then not participate in their own threads so that they could start several more threads that they would then not participate in. I feel that if someone creates a thread, they should be creating it because they want to discuss the subject.
