I'm not even upset, sad and dissapointed sure, that we've had such bad luck this season and weren't able to fill in gaps that now obviously needed to be filled but hey we're still the Superbowl Champs for the next few months, can't take that away from us. Life happens, we'll bounce back next year
Well this season still has a little life in it. Just sucks about how the schedule was this season.
Though we can blame a lot of things that have happened.
How The Rams finish the season is Key! Who steps up as well. Feel real bad for A’ Jackson because of how well he was playing & coming a long.

My BIGGEST Knock on Sean Mcvay was keeping Bobby Evans in against Tampa Bay. We all saw how that ended & what the after math to Stafford was.Know your personal.

Same feeling. Even earlier in the season I was saying if not this year then next year. Seems unlikely now in this storm but I've been through sports storms and unlikelyhoods before (Memorial day massacre 1985, 1998-99 worst to first to name a few).

Even the freakin' cheatriots couldn't repeat 2002-03. Another worst defending SB team 1981 Raiders got back 2 years later and won it again in 1983.

To be honest there have some questionable decisions made this year that determined outcomes - TB not sure the end was handle right or like a poster said keeping Evans but over injuries are downfall not Sean McVay.

Miller's leaving is on him not the Ram FO. They made a legit attempt to sign him but Von's ego to try for a ring with 3 different teams is what made the Bills more attractive. Also, they extended him for more years than the Rams were offering him despite the Ram yearly offer being the same or perhaps slightly more. So Von leaving can't be put on the Ram FO.

It wasn't until this year that Allen could be termed injury prone. When he is healthy he's a very good starting center. The Rams are lucky that they have Shelton who has shown he's a very capable starter in his own right and appears more durable than Allen.

Speaking of durability I have to wonder if they will make a change with Justin Lovett, and Zack Witherspoon and the rest of the strength and conditioning staff. IMO there must be a problem for this many injuries this early in the season.

I said before the season that only injuries could really derail the Rams this year. But I never envisioned how bad it would be this year. If his injury carousel would end this team could make a run even with several starters missing. Kupp is out and he can't be replaced. But it's not like this team doesn't have talent at WR. They finally signed Harris to the 53 roster. If McCutcheon can emerge they will have a solid group of WRs.

With Kupp out and Robinson and Jefferson likely to be their outside starters, it would be a perfect time to move to a 21 personnel offense with Carter as their FB. I've given up caring about Robinson because McCutcheon is playing behind him and is faster. Playing 21 personnel means Stafford will be looking at mostly zone coverages. with Robinson/McCutcheon and Jefferson outside that also would benefit them as well. Now add in Higbee and the RB as dump off options and this offense can morph once again.

McVay needs to revamp his offense. This will be the ultimate test for the boy genius.
