No mention from the media about how dirty the Niners are. Nobody showing Warner’s head butt on Stafford and nobody showing a lousy nobody special teamer trying to injure Ramsey.

It was pretty clear that part of the strategy, be it players or coaches was to injure some of the Rams star players.

The last time they met, Dre Greenlaw had three dirty plays. This 49ers team has been the media darlings and they are just a bunch of dirty thugs.
Spot on, brother!

That was definitely harder catch than it appeared at first glance. Perfect pass but it was an awkward setup leaning over the opposite shoulder sprinting at full speed.
Yeah I wouldn’t call the a drop, he probably didn’t pick up the ball in time to make a better adjustment. Would have been an incredible catch had he pulled it off.

It was clear the officiating crew were only going to call blatant calls. Lot of cheap shot shit from 69ers was allowed. On the other hand I think they could have Flagged the Rams a couple of times for delay of game. Much different from last week.

Bet Warner gets fined for the shot on Stafford.

Greenlaw had a cheap shot on Cam in the first quarter-hit on the back after he was down.

Warner hits OBJ in the head on the sideline.

Dirty, cheap shot bastards.

Fuck them.
Greenlaw went after Stafford’s head on Stafford’s scramble.

Ward goes after OBJ’s head and finally a flag.

Dirty fuckers

I actually thought the refs were shit pretty equally. We got away with a few facemasks and some delay of game penalties. They got away with some big PFs throughout the game.

Wasn't it Romo last week or the week before saying they allow you a little grace period on the snap and the delay of game call? It may not of been during our game but I remember hearing it .

Its a known thing and it happens pretty much in all games. After the refs see the clock hit 0, they have to look down and see if the ball has been snapped. Our delay of games that weren't called were within a second of the 00s. Theirs was called a good 2 seconds after.

From what I understand, the refs typically look at the play clock and once it hits zero, they then look to the snap and see if it's been snapped. This causes a small "grace period" window allowing the offense to hike the ball when the clock is at zero.

The Rams were definitely cutting it close and I was sweating some of those playclocks especially since we burned all our timeouts! Think we got the benefit of the doubt on some of those, but I'll take it!

Props to Warner on his dirty ass hit he at least started his post game presser with an apology for the hit. He knows he screwed up and he said it. Don't like him but credit for admitting he effed up.
I think that this is a team problem. Maybe it started with Saleh’s rah rah coaching style from past years. Maybe it’s from Shanahan’s desire to beat up and wear down opponents, or maybe too many of these players get caught up in the media drooling over the Niners toughness. Either way it’s a definite mindset that can get out of control with young players. We’ve seen it in years past with some teams.

It’s a style that coaches should not be promoting. The days of Greg Williams Saints should be over with. Obviously someone in the Niners organization didn’t pay attention when Williams got suspended.

I hope that Shanahan’s staff addresses this dirty play before the start of next season. As we just saw even a good player like Warner can get caught up in it.

I know I wouldn’t want my son playing like that.

Take your 6 wins in a row and stuff 'em.

You'd take all six back for this win, 9ers fans.. and Matthew Stafford stole your souls..

I really don't care what Niner fans are saying...THE RAMS TURNED THE TABLE AND THEY DID IT IN FINE FASHION!!!

Of course we all almost had panic attacks when Stafford hoisted that bomb that was a near pick...but THE GUNSLINGER followed with that serious laser to OBJ.

The Niner crowd can only say what might have been.

THIS WIN IS WORTH THE 6 LOSSES BECAUSE THE RAMS KNOCKED THE NINERS OUT OF A SUPERBOWL...

Niners were definitely out there head hunting and they were letting them get away with it for the first 3 quarters. There was a play early in the game when OBJ caught a low pass across the middle and Ward came in and hit him and OBJ got up pointing to his head and went to the sideline and took his helmet off looking for the spot ( scuff mark) on his helmet. He later caught a pass on the sideline and Warner came in late and hit OBJ high and OBJ was ready for it and flexed back at Warner.Plus the play when the niner special teamer grabbed Ramsey's face mask he did that trying to get Ramsey to retaliate and get thrown out of the game. Good job by him to not take the bait.

The Rams punted on their first two possessions. Did anyone notice the defensive holding on our receivers on both third downs that prevented us from moving the chains?

Damn right. If you would have told me a couple of years ago that we would lose 6 straight regular season games to these assholes but would beat them in the NFC championship, I would have taken it all day, every day. And now that it's actually reality, having beat them this time has an extra sweetness to it after those 6 straight losses.

Suck it, 49ers.

For the fans that were there, did it sound like we were pumping sound in the stadium at the end?

It sounded incredibly loud compared to other possessions.

That would be awesome if we did that considering many other teams have done it to us.
