Per multiple sources, Donald's 2022 cap-hit has been reduced from $26.75M to $24M.... but that has to hurt the cap for others.

That's a savings of $2.75M in 2022. Not much but it is a reduction.
Same sources have Donald's 2023 cap-hit increasing by $14.5M (from $23.5M to $38M).
