Yassss, I think he's a stud and can do so much more than just TE stuff, but no way we get him without trading up.
Given how McSnead move, I wouldn't rule out trading up. If Warren is a difference maker, maybe they should go get him.

I could see him going after the WR from Arizona...McMillan. That's if we got a higher #1 that would make it possible to move up.

What I've heard is that he's no Bowers so don't expect him to go as early.

If he's in range 17-20, they may make a move.

With this draft class being considerably weaker, I suspect he may go higher than Bowers.

Something's up with him I think. Keep hearing rumors that teams have him lower than mocks, and in this draft where you don't have elite guys up top that makes me wonder what it is.

His only weakness to me is blocking. He wasn't asked to do it a lot and wasn't very good when he did do it.
Regarding Harold Fanin .... It seems that he has a higher run blocking grade than any of the other guys ranked higher than him overall.

I know it took him 2 days to get acclimated to the competition at the Senior Bowl, but by the third day he was comfortable and winning most of his reps. He also had 2 great Wham blocks in the running game on the last day.

More I watch Helm the more I'm impressed with how smooth he moves with the ball in his hand for a 250 lb runner. YAC machine. (We love our TE screens) Seems like a very willing blocker.
I haven't watched much of Helm. You say YAC machine .... does that mean he has above average speed? Any defenders going to catch him from behind on those screen plays?
It seems when the Rams run that play, our TE's seems to get tackled from behind sometimes.
