Also I think the top five team who has the best draft will be one who goes BPA at the top and gets the bluechip then circles back for the QB.
Agree with this. I will say however, that these teams at the top aren’t smart teams in regards to team building. The perennial top 10 type knucklehead teams….

Jags, Browns, Titans, Bears, Giants etc

Bears have a new coach that might not be a knucklehead. He might be able to talk the GM into picking players he wants.

Rams really trying to gin up the QB market. They know these guys are going in the 2nd but want people to think they're gonna have to jump them to get these QBs so it'll push someone down to them.
I totally agree with this. Its the smart thing to do. We are set up to try to win now plus we already have our backup in Jimmy G. If we can get our other needs filled cuz players drop, we are in business big time.

Listening to McSnead they feel the roster is in a great place. Could be smoke as always but teams in that position can convince themselves a QB of the future makes sense.

My guess on how shit goes down with the QBs in round 1...

* Cam likely goes first overall to Tennessee, but if not he goes off immediately thereafter.

* Shough goes top ten to a team that needs a QB. If he gets into the teens someone trades up for him.

* Milroe goes 21 to the Steelers.

* Dart is in move-up neighborhood if McVay prefers him. If not he still won't get out of round 1 because someone will jump into round 1 to take him.

* Sanders will go round 2.
You really believe Shough goes top 10? Now that would be the surprise of the draft.

Yes I think it is possible. Teams in the top ten have great need at the position. Vegas is another possible destination for him.

Do you think it makes sense that a QB prospect with good size, a good arm, and anticipation throws and good progressions on his film should go round 3 in this draft?

I pray this happens. Its getting silly with how willing some teams ready to go for QB in a weak QB class. The more that go in round 1, the more quality position players fall. Might even scare a team to trade up with us and give up quality draft capital.

If you believe in Walter football and Santa Claus.
People here love to knock Walter Football, but he actually has the Rams at #2 in his current power rankings, based on the fact that we pushed the Eagles closer than anyone else in the playoffs.

He's 26, has huge medical issues and is extremely skittish in the pocket to the point where he isn't able to use that good arm at all.

What are we even doing here?
