My take: that was the shittiest ending to a Super Bowl I've ever seen. CB's get away with worse holding on nearly every play. A ticky-tack call decided the SB winner, and that's a shame.

IDK...you can see JuJu being yanked back a bit at the start...corners hands draped all over him. I can't tell if he's grabbing the jersey after that...maybe he was.

I agree. Wilson definitely impeded Kupp more than Juju was. But just like last year, it happened at the end of the game on a pivotal down and probably changed the outcome.

The ref said the call was made for Bradberry's initial hold with his right hand, not for any contact afterwards.

I dunno... still seems like not enough to decide a championship. Call it a bit looser in crunch time.

And yes I still like the call that went Kupp's way in the last SB.

I did not like the call on Bradberry, so the ending fell flat to me.

Ending was definitely flat. Eagles weren't patient enough at the end and scored too fast, so I knew how the rest would go. No suspense.

The call effectively iced the game but the Chiefs were still going to kick a FG and then Philly had to drive to tie or take the lead.

If Philly fans want to cry about that call, you were up by double digits and allowed the Chiefs to score 17 4th quarter points. Mahomes on his busted ankle had like a 30 yard rush on that drive, too. Eagles came put completely flat in the late 3rd and 4th quarters.

I think it was a good call. An early tug can stop a receiver from reaching his spot when the ball is thrown.

However I would have preferred that the ref didn’t call it. So the ending was more exciting.

Well no shit Sherlock lol.......I still think we got lucky against the Saints and it was a penalty on us, but it is what it is.

It was a make up call for the no face mask penalty against Goff

I concur although Bradberry admitted it was the correct call after the game, however, as a fan all of us would have liked to see the Eagles get more of a chance at the end IMHO.

I know the Mannings disagree, but with a long halftime, there were definitely some adjustments by Reid for the 2nd half ... four possessions, four scores for 24 points. That's pretty much the story of the game. All the Chiefs had to do on D is get one stop, which they did and with the offense rolling, that was it.

I think they are wrong. Coaches may not overhaul a game plan but the can find a weakness to exploit after talking at halftime.

The biggest change to the outcome last year was allowing Higgins facemask on Ramsey. Otherwise the Rams never get behind.

I wonder if that is going to be the new trend, that was ordered by Goodell, dmitting it to the press to quell speculation of a fixed outcome.

Either way, why risk a penalty on a play that hasn’t unfolded yet? Bradberry didn’t look beat off the line. Maybe he felt that he was.
