I don't know that Whittington had anything Id say was a big game.
A play here and there, but, potential for sure.

I'd say a 90 yard game compared to a 0 yard game constitutes a big game.

Don't know if he beats out X; Covey has fumbled a lot on punt returns. I could also see one of the UDFA receivers (Edwards, Presley, Williams), or Schrader (if you want surehandedness without much wiggle, like with Kupp, Schrader's an option on punts. He's already an option on kickoffs, and they clearly liked him enough to poach him from the 69ers after cutdowns.) being used there.

We'll certainly get a spirited competition there. May the best man for the job win.

Didn't realize he had that many yards.....all the more reason to look forward to what he is going to do going forward.

I disagree if kupp didn’t get hurt don’t think puka would have had as big of a opportunity

As big of a Kupp Fan as I am, I have to disagree. Might have taken another year or two if Kupp didnt get hurt, but he def would have been out there as WR2 no doubt to replace Kupp in a year or two as WR1.

He had two games at 89 vs GB, and 86 vs Sea. Both Puka and Kupp were not in the game for those. GB they were Hurt and Sea was last week of season.

As big of a Kupp Fan as I am, I have to disagree. Might have taken another year or two if Kupp didnt get hurt, but he def would have been out there as WR2 no doubt to replace Kupp in a year or two as WR1.

I think he would have. The Rams were very excited about him in camp. They had high expectations for him to start the season. Plus, like I said, the cream rises.

Do you think if the Rams had drafted Jamar Chase, would he have had to wait several games until he got his chance? Mike Evans? No.
