No, the Rams kept him on the roster as a young developmental QB, but his arm strength and ability to lead his speedy receivers is apparently no better now than it was last season. McCutcheon saved his ass on contested balls, but Perkins does deserve some credit for the victory. He still has a couple games to improve his throwing status, but relying on his legs to get him out of trouble as a QB isn't likely to get him to the next level. jmo

And maybe I missed where Bryce has shown that he hadn't improved in his passing...
And let's remember he's competing against Wolford who hasn't shown much arm strength in the games and highlights I've seen him play..
