The two days I was in Irvine Hopkins really stood out. But I’m with you, let’s see if he can take it into the regular season.
You forgot to temper the butter. What did I do yo upset you this time?
So you're saying blue font because you don't think it was a mistake and was being sarcastic? I'm so confused by this statement. Reminds me of a Friends episode when Joey doesn't understand the meaning of doing air quotes.I miss Greg Gaines ‘ poor Rams - what a mistake. (Blue Font’ers).
Good thing we never makes decisions on a player based on a single clip JJ Watt
David Long never figured this part out. You can be the stickiest corner in the league but it doesn’t matter if you are not looking for the ball. This is why I love corners who get their head around. Seems like if a guy doesn't have that ball awareness they rarely develop it in the pros. But those guys who do have that skill can work the juggs and try to improve their hands.
Ignore is a great toolYou sure do want to push Havenstein out. Why? He is the most available OL the Rams have had since he was drafted and he doesnt commit a lot of penalties or give up a lot of sacks. ORT is the 1 spot on the OL that the coaching staff hasnt had to worry about since before McVay was hired. Did he kick your dog or say something mean about your wife/girlfriend?

I honestly don't remember much of any talk about Hopkins in previous camps. Maybe here and there but it always seemed like you would just hear the occasional compliment. Nothing like I've seen this season. Hopefully it means something.Haven't we heard people singing Hopkins praises in the preseason before? I'll hope he does stuff in games but won't hold my breath.
dont worry, I am sure some Old but still alive member will give us a complete breakdown of what Raheem is doing wrong, what he should be doing and why they need to dump Rob HavInterested that this hasn't been more of a topic of convo... really does seem to speak to a difference in defense which everyone has been clamoring for.
In another tweet, Ted mentioned we were two-gapping on the Dline but not sure if he just wasn't catching the technique as gap and a half or if we've changed it up.
Nate Tice and Robert Mayes have banged the drum more than once this offseason that we'd have to be more aggressive with our defense with such young guys.
So what coverage's were we playing... Cover-O, Cover-1... how many guys were we sending? If we're blitzing more, I would expect more man coverage then which would be a big shift. Curious how Tomlinson, Wetherspoon, and Durant operate in man.
Ted mentioned rub routes... you run those to beat man. Get ready boys. It's a new day.
There wasn't much from what I remember. There was a lot of hope that his Super Bowl performance was a turning point to him "getting it" and would come out of the gates at least contributing on offense. But that never happened and on multiple occasions during the preseason I remember him still looking completely lost on the field... like badly lost. And then he got suspended for PEDs in September I believe. So yeah.... the guy has no where to go but up in my view of him at least. For the third offseason in a row I'll say, if Hopkins can put it all together finally it'll do a lot to help our offense.I honestly don't remember much of any talk about Hopkins in previous camps. Should I stop calling him “Crappolo”?

Agreed. If anything, just throw in some Jimmy Gonorrhea every once in a while to keep things... Errr. Umm... Fresh?
I was thinking about Havenstein. With the possible emergence of young players that can play ORT its possible that if the season isn’t going well, he may be their most tradeable commodity.dont worry, I am sure some Old but still alive member will give us a complete breakdown of what Raheem is doing wrong, what he should be doing and why they need to dump Rob Hav
I absolutely could be wrong but I don't think Havenstein is tradeable due to the cap implications.I was thinking about Havenstein. With the possible emergence of young players that can play ORT its possible that if the season isn’t going well, he may be their most tradeable commodity.
I am not sure. I thought his contract wasn’t that bigI absolutely could be wrong but I don't think Havenstein is tradeable due to the cap implications.
