If you are in charge of Uniforms/Helmets for the Rams Organization, and you don't place 73-99's as regulars, and 64-72's as alternates, then you don't have as good as a fundamental understanding of Rams History and Culture as 90% of absolutely TRUE Los Angeles Rams fans.

END of story.

And spare me the "new generation" nonsense.

And he got Coleman Shelton back to call line plays for the OL.
Let's see how long it takes before Stafford gets getting put on his ass and Limmer gets his job back.
I don't think Coleman or Limmer has a starting job yet.
With our mad scientist Mr Snead, it may be neither.

You forgot “and you punks better stay off my lawn”. Again everyone is entitled to their opinion but the Rams are gunning for a top NFL fan base which means marketing to the “new generation”. This isn’t great grandpas CLE Rams, grandpas LA Rams v1.0 or Dads STL Rams. This is the LA LA Rams v2.0 with an eye on Gen Zers and beyond. All other generations of course being welcome to come along for the ride.

Length of tenure doesn't give you any more credibility as a fan than anyone else.

Shrugs* Which generation has the money to afford season ticket prices at SoFi? I'd say that's Los Angeles Rams 1.0 and older Gen X.

We're already fans regardless of the logo or colors. The Rams have a larger and longer term view. They're trying to win over the younger generations.

100%
I don’t like it because I’m not 12 yrs old, but yeah they have to market to the young fans.

It's also important for current Rams dads (and moms) to engage their kids with Rams football. It’s the only way that SoFi doesn’t continue to get infested with So Cal resident fans of other teams down the line.

Fans continue to complain about it but it’s a combination of geography, migration and the Rams being gone for 20 yrs.

I will say I don't think the dick nose logo makes any more sense for young kids than it does for us. A cool logo is a cool logo. A lame logo is a lame logo. The Rams head is a lame logo.

Here's a throwback hat with the old logo:

And the dicknose modern version:

To me the difference is glaring. The word for it is poor branding. So IMO if the Rams want to own LA they would be wise to unfuck that particular mistake.

The LA logo has been used more by the team for good reason. I wasn't a big fan of it when they released it but at least it is legitimate as a logo and ties in well with the community. But that dickhead Rams logo needs to go.

I’ve said not jokingly, the dick logo looks like it was designed by a 5th grader. Cheap mock up look to it. Never mind the dick, just the design. The overall design is soft (not the dick) Lol

The LA logo isn’t as bad but it’s still too soft and sleek looking. It’s a “good morning LA!” logo for a news channel.

What you and me like in a new logo wasn’t important. They didn’t ask our demographic what excites us in a logo either.

They prob hired a graphic design consultant who was asked to find something fresh that would appeal to Gen Z. Nevermind what a football team logo should look like. [sigh]

That vintage ram head will always be my favorite.
