Sick of Hurts always stating he’s disrespected. He’s a running QB with elite OL:RB/WRs. Period.Didn't want to start a new thread......but this is about a QB.....not a Netflix Qb but still.....

Sirianni rips narrative that Eagles carried Hurts
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni offered a pointed response to the notion that quarterback Jalen Hurts was along for the ride during Philadelphia's Super Bowl run last season, calling it "bulls---."www.espn.com
361 passing attempts? That's 22.6 per game if we're only counting 16 games; 21 in 17 games. I'd like to see him behind an average OL....those attempts would go down, his rushes would go up as well as his sacks.
He had 2800 passing yards last year. 11 of his 32 TDs were from 1 yard out. He’s Bryce Young with a super team.Sick of Hurts always stating he’s disrespected. He’s a running QB with elite OL:RB/WRs. Period.
Agree... and if not for a missed blocking assignment from the Rams 6th round rookie center, Hurts would be looked at as a guy entering a make or break season in Philly. Remember, the Eagles total passing offense in that divisional game was 60 total yards! He took 7 sacks, plus a safety, and was bailed out by Barkley and Jalen Carter's late gane heroics. He had 2800 passing yards last year. 11 of his 32 TDs were from 1 yard out. Yeah, Eagle fans just don't get it. My son-in-law......from Philadelphia......is like the rest of them. He told me "Jalen outplayed Mahomes in the SB we lost. If not for that bad call on Bradbury we would have won". My counter point was, "it would have been tied" (it's the same as SB34 where the Titans were 1 yard short.....yes, of a TIE). But I said, "you're going by stats and not the eye test. Jalen had a good first half (17-22; 183 yds, 1 TD; 63 yards rushing). The second half was a different story. 10 of 16 for 121 yds, 7 yards rushing.. Meanwhile Mahomes was 13 of 14 for 93 yards 2 TDs; 4 scrambles, 33 yds". Hurts is a running QB who benefits from a stellar OL, a couple of real good WRs/TE and a strong run game....not mention a defense that bails him out often.Agree... and if not for a missed blocking assignment from the Rams 6th round rookie center, Hurts would be looked at as a guy entering a make or break season in Philly. Sounds about right. Goff had his chance and shit the bed more than once. Regardless of how it was handled, the reason he got traded falls primarily on his regression. Stafford further proved the difference between a SB winning QB vs one that isn't when he delivered for us. If Goff is still in his feelings, LaVar Arrington was correct in calling him out. It's time to tell the truth about Goff.
I didn't know Goff posted that he would Pipe McVays Girl Friend.

Precisely correct. He's learned from it a bit too judging from his bounceback with Detroit. But the NFL is all about what you've done lately so we'll see if he can sustain the performances and push his team to the top in the biggest games in the playoffs.Regardless of how it was handled, the reason he got traded falls primarily on his regression.
