I'm hoping SF wins. Would prefer to play Chicago next week (even if they'll be a tough matchup for our D) and then the SEA/SF winner the week after.
FWIW Kyle Shanahan's offense has average 10.3 PPG against Vic Fangio's defense. The Niners defense is too banged up to win this game IMHO.

The Bears win eliminated any shot at revenge against Philly next week. But it can still happen the week after. We go to Chicago or Seattle depending on what happens today. Personally, I'd rather they end up in Seattle. If we wanna go all the way we need to beat them anyway. Get it over with. Caleb Williams mobility late in games is a problem for any defense. Maybe Philly's strong line can limit that and we get our revenge game in the NFCCG.

Apparently LaFleur sat on the lead the whole time i was asleep. At least that's what everyone in the room told me. And didn't start trying to score again until that td by the bears
He learned this from McVay.

One of these days, these guys will learn, that the league is changing, scoring is increasing, refs may have their thumbs on the scale to get closer and more entertaining games, so being conservative and sitting on leads doesn't work as well as it once did.

More aggression is required. Don't be afraid to run up the score.

That's all well and good but will fans remember that wish, instead of complaining when that aggression doesn't work out or worse, causes a loss?

Well, you know the answer to this. Fans in general will complain no matter what the coach does if it results in a loss.

But this particular fan would rather go down swinging being aggressive. Fortune favors the bold.

IMO, McVay is at his best when he's aggressive. But every so often, you can get a little stupid on the aggression like yesterday on the 4th and 3 call. Take the points there. But I'm not gonna criticize too much when he's overaggressive and going for a kill shot. Just Don't Play Scared!

I hear ya, but I don’t hear many fans complaining when their teams are routinely GOing on 4th down everywhere on the field these days.

Punting is the new “give up play” Lol

Going for it when you're anywhere near the 50 seems like the new standard.
It was generally a rarity and a "WTF are you thinking ?" thing just a few years ago.
