LA area is probably a lot worse.Just what it is.My GF just went to a Ross store & told me how bad it was.
She said it was worse than Covid(early part),before mask.
Security check your bags going in & out,plus checking your receipts & purchase.
You go 5 miles to the OC & totally different.
-Then again going into a Macy’s in Westminster,I almost got into it ? A Chick had big BLACK Glad bag & and stuff in her hand.We almost opened the door for her.Didn’t figure it out right away,so lucky I was dumb,because I might have been dumb.She had a driver who probably had a GUN ? I didn’t stop her,but she had thousands of dollars in perfumes.
We walked in & all the shelves were empty.They said 2nd time that week. There were people pissed &others in shock.
—The employees can’t do anything about it.
—I (we)go over it in my crazy mind & can’t get over it.Have to keep telling myself to chill out & don’t get involved.Hard thing for me to do.I love action & craziness.Makes me feel alive,but could be the thing that kills me.

HATE A’HOLE’s that STERO type.Drugs & addiction are a bad thing.I can go into a whole thing.The 1 thing my GF said tonight was she thanks GOD & is Blessed at what she has.We don’t have much & could both have more.We look at our characters & think we both are a like in a lot of ways.

-People in general can suck.I’m a A’hole at times,but I care for people.When it’s your own family that creates drama it’s wrong.

Going to Chicago as well for The Rams game.I’ve been warned about going there as well.
-Yeah go to New Orleans as well.I mean those city’s have poverty,drugs,prostitution.Plus certain type of people.

The heart beat of America has always been what it is.It’s not any worse than it real ever has.In fact crime rate is down.Atlantic City is a DUMP like Vegas is in certain parts.

SF is a beautiful city.My friend just said his wife & kids are coming into town tomorrow.

Self defense!! I was robbed gun point. My friends were robbed gun point 30-35 years ago.

I gave my wallet up,but I was on a pay phone & told one of those guys I was getting robbed gun point.He was in Alaska & called the police.I still to this day think I could have taken (2 guys)? I wasn’t threatened for my LIFE.Funny how fast your mind works.

Funny in the sense Aiyuki just signed & Ricky already has an upper body problem.

The hope is that this doesn’t effect his career & he recovere’s.The 9ers will be a closer team in 2024 right now to start the season.

I know The NFL community will bond together & the Big Picture might really hit home in America.
Kap was a guy who brought issue around what he thought mattered.
I think all of us matter Ricky will bring this shooting to attention.

Unfortunately true. I used to love going places in CA. Now it truly is a game of roulette. My wife has a big art show next weekend in Folsom and even there we had to research where not to go and when. Just sad.

In Folsom? Really? It’s gotten that bad also? I remember going to see a Todd Rundgren show there at the college just before I moved outta state. It didn’t give off that vibe…yet, I suppose.
I guess that “crime pays” attitude has infected even a newer out of the way hamlet like Folsom. Shameful what’s going on there.

What is misleading about that is that certain “crimes” are not pursued or prosecuted. IOW, they are not considered crimes, just collateral occurrences associated with a more balanced and equitable society. I’m talking about gangs walking into a retail source and robbing it in plain sight and walking out. Nobody has recourse in that situation. It continues to happen and places shut down.

SF is a cesspool and one should avoid tourist/high profile spots. The locals go elsewhere.

I’m just saying that perspective & truth is what is important.SF Fire is 1st. Class.The police do a good job.The City try’s to do a good job to address the situation it is always in.

I feel save in SF & it has gotten better.I’ve found myself in all kinds of situations in Life.I was talking to a Co-worker about coming into the City.His Rig(camper) he built saver in the deep woods than SF.The car breakin’s like most major City’s is bad.It has been famous for years the breaking.
- I can’t do Blue Font with this - SF has & still is a part of my Life.I FEAR for my Life 2 times a month during transportation.My GF won’t go into Mexico because it Hurts to much & is afraid.She Hates & is worried about me on those days.

—We’ll be staying 6 or so blocks from where this happened.On a Saturday for this to happen is crazy.
Especially in the Day.The person was in the City for the wrong reasons & IMO visiting & looking to commit a crime.I could be way off though ? He was 2 to 3 blocks from the Apple Store..

We have similar issues in Philly where we have one of those prosecutors who is more likley to charge a police officer for a crime than an actual criminal. The crime is ridiculous. I hate it when one of my kids has to go into the city for something.

Folsom?? lol, that's the wealthy area of Sacramento. There are areas of Sacramento and the surrounding cities that have issues like all cities do, but Folsom/El Dorado Hills........you are all good my friend.

I wouldn't put Folsom anywhere near crime ridden as SF. Folsom is still very safe. Unfortunately crime happens everywhere thanks to the few idiots that decide to do some dumb shit. I know crime well unfortunately. Born and raised in ghetto ass Stockton over here. Growing up like that makes you see signs of stuff going down ahead of time or seeing the signs that a place is questionable. Sad to see places go down hill. We should all be able to live somewhere without all the riff. raff
