Yeah, Worthy should have just went with Buck. Magic one of the few with multiple nicknamesI recall James Worthy, back in the day, giving a speach and calling Magic "Erving".

I know we don’t talk politics here but this scenario sure sounds familiar….I just watched Jerry Jones' press conference; and found it embarrassing.
In my opinion, he was rambling. He was all-over-the-place, trying to justify what was a botched negotiation for an elite player that led to a trade that was far-below (also my opinion) market-value.
He came across as an old man, with a huge ego, who was unprepared and ill-equipped to make his case.
I'm so tired of hearing this shit. Nobody says this shit. But Cowboy fans have said they were winning the Super Bowl for the last 30 years!
True, although Hurts is handing off to an elite RB who takes over games himself. They said the same thing about Hurts too.
Trent Dilfer says hello.I just cant see Jordan Love taking a team deep in the playoffs no matter how good the D is

Too funny I was having lunch with a good friend of mine yesterday and we are the same age. And he starts talking about a guy he was talking to and he was sharing a precious moment about his granddaughter & I stopped him and said “Scotty, that was me.” Both of us are turning 58 in two weeks and he just shared he has been having brain fog lately.I know we don’t talk politics here but this scenario sure sounds familiar….![]()
Yeah, I think it's a possibility. We'll see. Dude has never had a top OC before, would be interesting.I said this a few yrs ago that he could be the next vet QB that McVay could target if they need a starter and can't get one in the draft. However, with 2 first rd picks and a strong QB class, I have to lean in that direction with Jimmy being the bridge for a year.
only one other player in NFL history had 12 sacks or more their 1st three seasons and that was Reggie WhiteYou don't trade hardcore like this before you know what you have in a team since the assets given mean you must win now. If this was week 7 or so and the Packer's offense was tearing it up, you go all in.
One player doesn't get you a Superbowl unless they were the last piece..................LB was/is not the last missing piece for the Packers.
He is good, don't get me wrong, but I have seen him play and he doesn't do things on D that transforms those around him.
Maybe but it is still fun to make fun of Cowboy fansI'm so tired of hearing this shit. Nobody says this shit.
he's a hard QB to grok, his highs are high and then he has some mediocre stretches with weird decisionsI just cant see Jordan Love taking a team deep in the playoffs no matter how good the D is
Well one thing to look at is that any team with an established QB that would be hard to trade having a truly horrible record (which could be a possibility now) is good for the Rams in their search for a QB in next years draft. So we got that going for us!That would be almost impossible because of the Dead-$ cap hits.
It's very difficult to trade players in the 1st or 2nd year of huge contract extensions.
Jerry was smart to trade Parsons. He knows he needs a new franchise QB and draft capitol to get it.Question: Why would a middling team like Dallas pay $47m/year to one disgruntled player.
Answer: They won’t because they are years away from being relevant again.
Parsons! Hands down.I have a just for fun question:
Would you rather trade 2 1st for a prime Micah Parsons or prime Jalen Ramsey?
Johnson was a pretty decent QB who played for some crappy teams. Alas, there's always an anomaly when it comes to these things, Brady drafted in 6th round, Kurt Warner from a grocery store to SB etc. But the list of mediocre QB who played with good/great defenses who didnt win a SB? Hundreds of them? Thousand?Brad Johnson has entered the chat.
For us though, we already had Donald. We couldn't pay Parsons and Donald $30M so Ramsey at $20M is better cap wise.Parsons! Hands down.
I am sure McVay would prefer Goff to Dak. Dak is a HakI need someone who knows Dak's contract to tell me what it looks like for them to get out of it
.... and in that scenario, I do think that Rams would consider him. Don't @ me!!!!!
