You are probably the only surprised one here lol. I know you keep posting that the kicking game wasn't why we lost but even McVay seems to think so based on this. Regardless of what any of us thinks though, guess we are gonna find out soon if Karty was indeed a big culprit. I just hope our special teams stops messing up and we just play a cleaner game vs the 9ers than the last time......

It's funny, all of last year and through the first few games of this year I was bragging we found our kicker. Then something snapped in that Niner game. I am still not convinced this is mostly a Karty issue. I hope this all shakes out properly.

*In other news: The Rams have dropped from 5th to 31st in NFL BMI rankings with this latest move, dropping behind all teams except the Redskins. (Thank goodness for Dweebo!)

Oh my bad if I missed that part. Yeah I'm not super surprised on the changes since McVay was obviously upset about it. I give props to the Rams coaching staff for shaking things up and not going with the status quo. It sucks for Karty but I hope Mevis does great. I mean who wouldn't root for a kicker that looks like a fan from the stands lol

I think karty is niw thinking to much. A lot of things went wrong. My guess the rams will keep him around to see if he gets his mojo back. But I got to say he seem fradgel and we will never know when he will crack again.

Yeah the forum would definitely go ape shit and with good reason. This team is legit minus our special teams. Wasting golden opportunities will drive any fan base mad.

It would be a nice fix if this was indeed the problem. Who wouldn’t like that aside from Karty and his mom. I don’t know much about this Mevis cat but if he can hold it down, more power to him. I have this feeling though that we’ll see Karty again. If so, I hope it’s the one with his shit together.

I gotta say that the Karty interview recently couldn’t have inspired much confidence with McVay. It didn’t appear that even Karty knew what needed to be done to correct the problem besides kicking it higher.
