This is what it looks like when your owner is a fuckin badass.

We are a smart franchise. The Snead/McVay combination is as good it gets.

We don’t have a lot of team drama either. No stupid sh#t. Our players stay out of trouble because they are smart too. The culture is obvious. With two 1st’s in the draft and cap space… we are positioned for another run!

It makes me so happy to see our ownership and franchise in general be as good as it is now after all the years of Whoregia and John Shaw keeping us among the have-nots. Nobody used to want to emulate the Rams. Now every team does.

Is this credible? I haven't seen what any sources reporting the contract value?

I am huge McVay fan. And I initially was not a fan at all. He won me over. See my sig! But that said, it is hard to tell if McVay's contract is good value without knowing what the other coaches make. McVay is elite. Arguably the best in the business, but there are a handful of other HCs that could also make that case. If he is being paid head and shoulders above all the others, like this picture suggests, then I don't think it's a great deal for the Rams... then again, it might be the classic case of "next man up", with each elite coach repeatedly setting the market, plus, the Rams are in between a rock and a hard place, there is little to no chance you can replace him with someone as capable. But we cannot act like he is perfect. Better clock management and the Rams likely beat Seattle. But without McVay, if we were to replace him with a better clock manager, are we even in position to win? Can the offense even come close to being that productive vs. that Seattle defense, on the road, without McVay scheming things up? Probably not...

It's not, the speculation is he jumps to tied for 3rd highest paid coach at $18 million a year behind Reid and Harbaughs new deal at $20 million a year.

I really don't get too concerned at what coaches and GM's are paid because they are not subject to salary caps, so the owner can pay them as the elite talents that they are without hindering the ability to afford to pay potential Super Bowl- worthy quality players on the field.

It's just reassuring to know that the owner is committed to winning and is smart enough to lock these 2 up for a long period of time, because they are clearly amongst the very best in the business.

It's been a fantastic ride with McVay and Snead in charge, and it's great to know that with their all-in, aggressive and fun style, that the team will be a contender for years to come.

As a 59 year rams fan, I have seen and wished we had great coaches so we could get to a superbowl. We had a few but, So many coaches. Now for the next 10 years? I will have my coach that The rams deserved. All in on McVay and Sneed. Go, Rams!

What???? He sucked!!! Lousy playcalling!!!! Terrible time management!!! Blew the CCG game for us!!!! What a dumb assed move by Demoff!!! How much longer do we have to put up with this bullshit?????
Not to mention his coordinators hate him so much they almost all leave after a year or two. So he's clearly not a well liked human being. And don't get me started on the horrible drafting and wasted picks. This ruined my week.
