Good depth players there as well

Man I thought I really hated Reeders slow ass before...this is crazy lol.

Overall the team has good depth and we'll make some noise if Stafford can stay healthy.
Reeder isn't slow. Far from it. His issue is change of direction and tracking/anticipation of the runner in traffic. This is why I've been saying for years that he needs to drop weight and play a bit lighter, like say ten pounds or so.

Maybe Chris Shula is Reeder's strongest proponent.

Shula was a LB who knew precisely Where he was supposed to be, and exactly What he was supposed to do but lacked the physical talent to actually be there and do it. Just like Troy Reeder!

Aside ... biggest surprises to me were Murchison and Reeder. Would have preferred Jackson and Paul; and Lampkin going straight to IL.

Hope the Practice Squad includes Schrader, Waters, Pressley, Edwards, Redman, Bowles, Willie Lampkin, Jackson, Paul, Neal, Muhammad, Valcarcel, Ingle, Cam Lampkin, Woods, Green; and, by far, most importantly ... NOT Derion Kendrick!

Who I hope makes it to our practice squad at least.

S Tanner Ingle, ILB Chris Paul Jr., WR Brennan Presley, RB Cody Schrader, S Nate Valcarcel, OL Willie Lampkin IV
I would add Wedig, maybe Acuri, or at least an OT prospect waived by another team. After the leveston trade, there doesn’t seem to be anyone left to develop. Havs isn’t gonna play forever and McClendon is gonna be up for a new contract before he even has a chance to put together some consistent, confidence inspiring, football.

Our starting safety was cut too!

Jokes aside i bet Ingle and Paul are on the ps as well as lampkin.
As a draftable player there may be a team with space at ILB to snap Paul up based on their pre-draft eval of him. I don't think it's likely but hopefully he'll clear and I agree it's likely he'll be on the PS. Certainly Lampkin will be on the PS too, he's less likely to be snapped up with the injury on top of low draft evals.

Gonna be fun to look the roster over this year. Been sort of tuned out after the second preseason game.

Just saying, Hollin Pierce is right there for the taking. Wouldn't mind Wedig either.

One player who we have heard nothing positive about was Nick Hampton. Based on preseason, Brennan Jackson outplayed him. He must be doing something right, but he has never looked like a force rushing the passer

Does he look bigger? I didn’t notice him at all so don’t recall
I don’t think Brennan Jackson outplayed anyone. His two sacks were courtesy of Des Johnson.

Hampton has not been impressive either. Maybe he’s the first to go when Lampkin is healthy

Not sorry to see Acuri cut. DJ, McClendon and Quesenberry are all better. Big upgrade for OL depth.
With AJack being able to start practice this week, the ol is going to have continuity with the best 5 out there.
Just saw that Texans starting RT will be out. (Stroud left handed) Big advantage for Rams.
This Ram team is stacked. Run D is going to be improved with Landman and Ford. Not worried about CB's, they gonna get burnt once or twice, but know how to cover.
Rams gonna go deep in playoffs if everyone stays healthy
